Honestly I have PTSD, and I've been in a happy loving marriage for 4 years now, and we just welcomed a beautiful baby girl. But I still wake up sometimes screaming, crying, or hitting and am not aware of my surroundings. Because the trauma dosen't just go away. AND GUESS WHAT? Saying, "My heart goes out to you." to abuse victims and then treating abuse as a joke dosen't magically make it go away either.

As a survivor of severe abusive relationshipS (plural) I am so disgusted by this. I have been dealing with a shit load of PTSD and the first thing I can say is that I don't think the contents of the videos is what took me off guard (it sure did, but not enough to awaken a form of fight or flight) but rather the lack of knowledge and empathy that is shown towards survivors. Setting a milestone for other couple vloggers to make these videos and therefore creating a chain is also my biggest problem with this. As youtube goes, taking insipiration or straight up copying popular videos I am worried of the amount of money the whole "Abusive relationship prank" branch has made as a whole. Please, for anyone watching this wanting to help: donate to a trustable charrity to help people who have been through the hell that it is, and to recover aswell. If you know of a friend or family going through this: don't be afraid to speak up. Domestic violence is something that is way too common. And to everyone who had survived like me, you are STRONG and you are SO MUCH MORE WORTH then what you were told you were! Stay nice in the response section, and also remember: physical violence isn't always the definition of an abusive relationship.

People downplaying how serious a abusive relationship actually is just breaks my heart. I wish my abuse was a prank. Being belittled, thrown around and slapped over and over to to ground. The severe amount abuse I went through caused physical injuries that will affect me for the rest of my life. agreed, but of course if they had reacted like that, then they wouldn’t have been able to make their own abuse prank video later, and presumably make tons of money off of exploiting an incredibly serious and traumatic experience way too many have to live through on a daily basis

My main problem w all “prank” vloggers is that they don’t use the number one rule of pranks, confuse don’t abuse and abuse is literally what these four are doing, so sad to see content creators who’s content is aimed at kids endorsing this kinda shit and only “regretting” it once they get backlash, we all know that these videos and the SA one would still be up and monetised if it weren’t for the hate they got

14:04 Abuse "prank" video starts. The more I think about it, the more I realize how lucky he is that no one called 911 and no cops showed up on his door prepared to deal with a violent, dangerous, possibly armed man. Obviously the "friends" inside are in on it, but what about neighbors & random passerbys? He's screaming at her on the balcony of a large apartment building in the middle of the day! Possibly doing multiple takes. Plenty of time for people to notice, locate where the screaming is coming from, see them...only to hear a loud slap sound and MORE screaming! I would call 911 if I was nearby. Plus, thanks to the balcony being higher up and the railing likely at least partially obscuring the camera, I don't think it would be too obvious (to anyone who doesn't know them) that they're filming a KZread skit. If I was on the ground or in a neighboring balcony, I would just see a crazy man screaming at an upset woman, followed by a slap sound & the woman reacting like he did indeed hit her. Even if you want to point out how it's not like they're fantastic actors or anything, they are genuinely screaming as loud as they can (and it seems he did recreate the sound & appearance of a loud slap)...would you take that chance? Honestly, I hope not! If a similar scene plays out on a balcony near you, the odds that it's actually a fake KZread skit is like...1 in a billion. 🤷

I didn't laugh but I agree it's just a bad idea I mean you can see all his eye wrinkle because of it when the guy's in his twenties. I'm pretty sure it's gonna make his acne worst too. I understand being insecure about your skin but it's strange that tanning is the absolute first idea that came into this guy's mind to fight against it.

I think it depends on the person and how dry their skin might be and other factors. As for myself, self tanner helps even out my skin tone so every blemish blends in a little more!
