This is hilarious, I just love to see JBP's playful side. It's just wonderful to hear him say that he feels better than he has in years! Strange to be so invested in the well being of a man that I have never met. But what a testament to the positive impact that he has had on my life as well as the lives of countless others. What a man.

It might feel strange to you but your investment in JBP is perfectly understandable to me and most of his fans. His grasp of psychology and desire to ACTUALLY help people is genuine. He's frail, he's strong, he's brilliant, he's courageous, he's human. We look at Peterson and see versions of ourselves, and we like it.

@Top Lobster I've met a few people who don't like the idea of IQ because it implies some people are better than others. But that doesn't mean it isnt true. IQ is EXTREMELY predictive and reliable. You won't ever find someone with a double digit IQ figuring out something in advanced physics for example. It's not that its unlikely its literally impossible for that double digit IQ person to do what a 130 IQ + person is capable of. It's the single most reliable predictor for life success such as earning a high paying job. It predicts academic success. Ability to understand complex issues etc.

Oh my goodness, Dr. Peterson, you mean “Lydia the Tatooed Lady”? That makes me laugh so hard. Last week, “My Blue Heaven” by Fats Domino. What next, “The Battle of New Orleans” by Johnny Horton? Kidding. It is unspeakably good to see you healthy enough to kid around and chuckle and make jokes again. You’re playful again and that means feeling better, and it makes me so happy.

Before I retired I was bearly able to make it through the day working in a building maintenance crew. One of my many responsibilities was that I had to do the daily safety walkthrough of five, five-story buildings from the rooftop to the basement and the grounds not to mention the repairs afterward. And I was able to make it through partly due to Rogan's podcasts which were as interesting as they were long. While I don't always agree with him I do appreciate him immensely.

When I watch such videos as this, I see an eager gentleman who is excited to share his experiences with us, while at the same time I see the deep thought as he consideres what he has just said and what he is about to say.
