I'm pretty certain that resizing your browser and not refreshing before continuing to test isn't right. No real user would do that. Sometimes widths and heights are calculated with JS on some open/load events and you should give it a chance to calculate it by refreshing after you resize your screen.
Hello I was watching one of your older video about fiddler. I installed it and when I go to files to open it, it just takes me back to the page where I press agree and install. Is there a way I can open fiddler and get to winconfig?
