This is cool! ! You gave a real example of exploratory testing. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to watching more testing-related videos.
Awesome video! This is the first one I have come across that actually shows testing. I laughed watching this b/c I am so critical of website functionality. This career makes sense for me 🤣

@stephaniemoura9325 it's painfully true! And what's also true is that after 6 years, I was fired by the new manager days after I posted that comment. (I QCd site builds pre-launch.) The reason was (this is the exact quote): "We need to get someone in who is OK doing the same QC issues over and over and over, and be OK with that." She actually said "over" three times! She was also wrong with "three". In the previous 2 months, I had reported 43 instances of devs using white text on white backgrounds in menus alone! 😂
Great example! Unfortunately people who want to find out what is QA job watch a lot of dummy videos with 50-70K views with some "QA job is very important in IT industry.." garbage information. This guy gives you a real a simple example of what QA job might be if you work as Tester at Burger King web department.

Great video! I teach QA at the university and I'll recommend this video to my students, thanks a lot. Your final remarks are excellent.
Great video! I had a similar experience with uber eats and it is frustrating. Thank you for making this video!
good stuff, thank you! Learned some new things about inspecting a site in Dev Tools!
Great example demo of exploratory testing!
Excellent video. Now I can understand more about what a QA does. Greeting from Peru 🇵🇪
Thanks. Really interesting. I’ll be watching all your others
Hi, many thanks for great information. I'm a new QA an just wondering if you can make a video about writing logic for new product/ features (QA's job).
This is great thanks for the live tutorial 👍🏽
9:38 because they are delivery specific offers :) almost all fastfood restaurants that offer delivery have this. the difference is that most of them tell you this
pretty cool man I ran a similar one on capital one once with their initial mobile login.
I currently work with Cambly. Their site is littered with bugs or bad UI/UX. I hope to one day (soon) to do a AQ assessment of sed website, once I’ve learned some skills. I’ve just started my studies. Any tip? Good places to train? Here, of course 😊
Thank you for this lesson. Maybe you can make some intro tutorials about browser explorer and meaning of errors.

Oooo, do Pizza Hut. Their website would be a goldmine of material
Fellow bioshock enjoyer, subscribed just for that
test postmates please, i couldn't cancel two scheduled orders. i chatted with helpers and they gave cookie cutter responses basically saying they can't do anything about it. thank you so much. I am interested in QA and this is a great video showing real testing. thank you so much
This is gold!
"This is cool! ! You gave a real example of exploratory testing. I subscribed to your channel and look forward to watching more testing-related videos. " same to me :)
Very good, only one advice. When you change to some device in chrome, you must reload the page. Personal experience

Thanks your giving a show a pic for testing example
NICE VIDEO!! THANKS
Like the video. When inspecting the console, what errors and warnings are acceptable? Thanks.
@Chrisadynowski

None of errors are acceptable. Warnings are lets say okey - not so important and can be skipped
Being hungry when trying to learn is not easy rn lol
Can this also be done on the Mobile Application (Automation testing)?
Good video !
Can you do more live exploratory QA?

Is this what QE manual testers do?
I have an error in the console section. This happened before I started doing any testing. Should I document this and if so, how? The error message reads "Google maps Javascript API has been loaded directly without a callback. This is not supported and can lead to race conditions and suboptimal performance."
How to take screenshot ? Do we have to connect these app and website for that???

Well in lithuania the website works without any flaw. And the design is better than that in video. But considering video is almost 3 years old so. Alot could have changed.

Do Testers have to fix the bugs themselves or hand it over to the devs?
@GenirePasaevaTofiyANS
8 ай бұрын
In most software development environments, testers are responsible for identifying and reporting bugs, while developers are responsible for fixing them. This separation of roles helps maintain a clear division of labor and ensures a thorough and unbiased approach to quality assurance. Here's why testers typically do not fix bugs themselves: Independence and Impartiality: Testers are focused on objectively evaluating the software's functionality and quality. By not fixing bugs themselves, they avoid potential conflicts of interest that could arise if they were also responsible for implementing fixes. Specialization: Testers specialize in testing methodologies, techniques, and practices. Their expertise lies in identifying and documenting defects, as well as ensuring the overall quality and usability of the software. Efficiency: Developers are trained and experienced in programming and codebase intricacies. Allowing them to fix the bugs streamlines the process, as they have the skills to directly address the root causes of issues. Collaboration: The interaction between testers and developers is crucial for a successful software development process. Testers provide valuable information about defects, which developers then use to address the issues effectively. Time Management: Separating the roles of testing and development enables both testers and developers to focus on their respective tasks, leading to better time management and efficiency. Quality Control: Collaboration between testers and developers helps ensure that issues are properly understood, addressed, and validated before the software is released to end-users. However, it's essential to note that the level of collaboration between testers and developers can vary based on the team's dynamics and the specific organization's processes. Some organizations might have a more collaborative approach where testers and developers work closely together to investigate and address defects. Ultimately, while testers are not typically responsible for fixing bugs themselves, they play a critical role in identifying and reporting issues, which contributes to the overall quality of the software product.
