I was just about to ask the same.
Menu orders #3, #4, #10, #11 and #12 were inconsistent with sizing.
as a QA, is QA just finding an error in workflow or must fix it too?

Hi, the QA only verifies the quality and reports the results of testing. Fixing the programs is the developers' job.
If I test the websites of such big companies and send the testing reports to the them without being their employees, will they pay me for it? Btw thankyou so much for the video

Most likely not. So make sure you're hired before giving out your talents.
Do you not need any sort of permission to carry out a test on a companies website and even posting the test videos on a public video channel?
