WrestlingReview Guy Salvation looked good for its time, you have to understand that CGI is constantly getting better each year, they've said it. CGI changes very fast and it only gets better, I bet you Avatar 2 is gonna look a hundred times better than the first one

May I begin the transcript for the BTS commentary from James for Dark Fate? We decided to take a huge steaming dump on Terminator 2: Judgement Day, by nullifying the T-800's sacrifice when he lowered himself into the molten steel to keep John & the rest of humanity from the fate of Armageddon courtesy of Skynet. Oh and fuck John Connor's attachment and connection to the T-800, whom he saw as a surrogate father figure. James Cameron, Tim Miller & David Goyer don't care why John cried because it's something that they could never do. Unless it was into money, that's something they could definitely do.

Papa Burgundy t3 has a budget of 188 million dollars 3rd biggest of the franchise behind dark fate’s 196 million budget and salvations 200 million budget t3 did have the budget I was talking about box office t3 was a box office success unlike every single movie that tried to start a trilogy so salvation Genisys and dark fate even though t3 did have a box office drop from t2 to t3.

There are thousands of people that have worked on this film, and it is in "everybody's" best interest that this movie makes big bucks. Cameron is a billionaire after his latest films, and he could not care less if some people think lesser of him after recommending a film that was mediocre at best.

Hassan Syed Wrong. He said that Requiem screwed the Alien franchise and that he didn´t originally have any faith about the proyect ("It´s like Frankenstein vs. The Werewolf" in his own words), but after he saw the first film, he ranked it as the third best Alien movie, and considering Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection´s quality, that means a lot. Look, I´m honestly getting tired of people like you who don´t like a movie and suddenly can´t live with the fact that other people liked it while also making up facts, so I´m going to sump it up: Stop it. It´s okay that you didn´t like Genysis, but that´s your own opinion, not James´s. He also likes Avatar, wich is considered by many his worst job. My God, people are dumb. This is James Cameron and this is HIS UNIVERSE. He went on record in the past about how he didn't really care for any sequel after T2. We know that. Those movies didn't do as well and killed the series. If the studios REALLY needed to bribe Cameron to get him to endorse a sequel he had nothing to do with, why wait for this movie to get out the paycheck? Why not splash cash on "Salvation" when they had the likes of Christian Bale as the lead? There is no amount of money on Earth a man like Cameron would accept to call this movie "a true sequel". His ego is legendary and he's fiercely protective of his projects. The fact that he was willing to go to bat for a movie he had nothing to do with because he believes in it says quite a lot. If you are afraid to get your hopes up so you won't see the movie, just say so. These conspiracy theories are childish and give me second-hand embarrassment.

The footage that was shown looks very promising and it pays respect to the first two films. The story sounds interesting and the CGI is astonishing, especially the younger T-800 from 1984.

I`m a big fan of the Terminator franchise and i can`t fully agree with Cameron here. Yeah sure, the movie was fun to watch, Arnold was great as always and the effects war very nice(especially the CGI Arnold!), but it is nowhere near the first two films. I thought it was too predictable and the action scenes just weren`t on a believable level. Still not a bad movie tho ;3

T2 will always, in my opinion, be the fitting conclusion to the Terminator story. I'll give this new one a chance but I couldn't imagine it coming close to the original two.
