    No, the birds of this nest do not have sensors of the GPS, but the other three Osprey from Estonia have such sensors, on the forum (there is a link under each video) you can find a migration map and it is clear that they are all in Africa. Merry Christmas & Joyous Holidays!

    From the human point of view, yes, you can regard this as greed. But in the wild nature there are no such categories, there the main law is the survival instinct.

  • @Theactualname

    @Theactualname

    Tatiana Sappheira man is the same however man has also a larger responsibility. In greed animals share the same traits of character and nature has not given them that law for nature is also bound by law... I wonder if they would not get judged for their actions or behaviour.. the only answer to it, is that we do not know or carry such knowledge (for now) and it makes us know that we are not those who should or can claim to be it's judge or if this is normal or not. So no I won't say you're right nor wrong but u have a valid point of perspective

    Phre Zleva, I agree with you, we can not know what happens in the world of birds, we just observe and see that in many situations birds do not act like us humans. But we evaluate a lot in their behavior from our point of view. Although we are different, and what is allowed in the world of wild animals may not be accepted by humans. And what is allowed in the world of humans, never occurs in the animal world.

    How the two chicks are equally fed?. Do the parents rememeber which chick they have fed earlier?. OR one chick goes always hungry?.Also when the parents feed themselves?

  • @tatianasappheira698

    @tatianasappheira698

    6 жыл бұрын

    How the two chicks are equally fed? -The parents feed the chicks until they aren't standing next to them with their beaks opened. When the chick is full, he steps away from his mom. When one leaves, she continues to feed the other one until he is full too. Do the parents remember which chick they have fed earlier? -They see it by their behaviors. When all the chicks are satiated, the mom eats what's left. The male catches fish for himself and eats it away from the nest, on one the nearby trees. To the chicks, he brings fish with or without the head. It's usually the female that feeds the chicks and the male that brings the fish to the nest.

  • @ankaatje79

    @ankaatje79

    6 жыл бұрын

    These parents are very good at feeding. If you watch the mom's behavior with the current brood of three, she always makes sure to give enough to the smallest chick that hatched last. Even if the older siblings keep pushing it away. But yes, a lot also depends on the chick's ability to assert their rights and needs.

    Those are most likely bands! When researchers find and capture birds, they give them a sort of anklet to make sure that specific bird is accounted for in the paperwork. If the bird is caught again, we can then monitor their progress by checking the numbers/letters on their anklet. It doesn't hurt them at all. We can then monitor populations and see how they are doing overall
