Mr. Peterson has over 30 years of experience in the aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) business. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. Great talk on Lean applied personally. "...In the road to human potential the customer is you" - this is a great statement. Being aware of our personal "inventory"/too many personal projects and multi-tasking vs switch-tasking are great concepts and is immediately useful. Thanks Bill!
