In this Tech Talk, Carl explains why you should reconsider replacing your damaged rim with just any rim. This includes any of the components that make up your wheel.
Spoked wheels are methodically put together to accommodate different aspects of your motorcycle. So, you cannot expect to throw random replacement parts at it to solve your issue. Now, this doesn't mean you cannot upgrade your wheels to some degree. We lace & true supermoto rims to OEM hubs almost daily. This is because we can get the spoke holes drilled to match the spoke holes on the O.E. hub.

Haha, what's your flavor?😂 Thank you for the kind words. Anyone can lace a wheel, but truing a wheel is a whole different story. 😄

@TeamProCycle that's right! We have an old time fellow at our local dealer that's always been a master at it. He's done all mine and glad for him for sure! It definitely seems like an art to me!!
