Thanks for that Mate. I've had My 2013 GU ZD30CRD Ute for 2 years, at 3.4t it also struggles up slight hills and I need to go down to 4th. I've got a throttle controller and have replaced the exhaust, made a little improvement but still been thinking about a Dyno Tune to get the best out of it the ZD30 and to keep it running safely and get the best Fuel Economy out of it. Might have to drop in on the Guys next time I'm down in Albury visiting Family . . . might make the trip back to Sydney more worthwhile lol

Well worth the drive, I to will be taking a 3 hr trip in January for a new 11mm fuel pump and dyno tune from p4x4. I am hoping for 400ish NM at the wheels. Silly me committed to a high flow ht18. Ow well 😌

Atleast it will still be an improvement over stock 🙂 could always on-sell the ht18 and get something aftermarket 😉

Nice work. I have a 16G waiting for me to install. Any idea what it’s done to your fuel economy? Stumbled onto this video randomly but KZread’s algorithm did good. I’m in Macedon Ranges.

Cheers mate! Finally the KZread algorithm is working! Lol It's improved my economy. I use to get around 16-16.5L/100. I now get around 14-14.5L/100

Nice vid mate what’s the specs on the turbo ? 16g 6cm and what’s the compressor/turbine wheel blade count ? People go on about 6cm 8cm 16g 18g nothing about the important stuff like blade count

Cheers mate! It's a 9-11 wheel. To be honest, it's a bit hard to drive when your driving up steep twisty roads because it's hard to get it onto boost on slow corners. But when it's on boost its fantastic and does not fall off boost. When doing 4x4 tracks it's not really an issue though

Yea mate, mines a 2006 so it came with a boost comp pump 👍 No, they didn't play around with the wastegate springs. They told me to just put in the highest rated spring before I took it to them. (They said this will vary depending on brand of turbo though)
