These potatoes made me crazy, I actually made them yesterday, ..They are so great, so soft on the inside and have a hard crust that's golden and crunchy on the outside, Lemon, garlic and oregano made it magical, these really left me wanting more..👍👏 When only one lemon spun, that just as wisdom says (if you try to manage two things at once, you'll only succeed at one)..I love everything about your lemons, Chef Joel.. especially when you go to pick some.🌷

Your potato recipe is so delicious! 👍👍 My number 1 vegetables which I adore are potatoes! And eggplants and tomatoes! I can eat them every day haha! Long ago I used eating potatoes very often but now I eat it more seldom! Potatoes are riched in carbohydrates which can make you to be fat but anyway we all need carbohydrates it gives us an energy. So I eat potatoes now more often because it's winter now and in a such cold weather we need a lot if energy! I do the same like you with those potatoes! I love to boil them and then to fry them in the butter or sometimes in the vegetable oil. But now I just cut them in slices or I cut them like fries and then fry them. But of course you need to be careful with potatoes otherwise you'll be unhealthy if eating it so often! Especially fried potatoes.
Looks good. I made some recently but differently. While potatoes boiled, I used Kingsford Lemon Pepper concentrate seasoning for extra lemon goodness. Then I just crisp them on my double griddle with peanut oil; a little paprika for color. No oven use please. Summer is here. Thanks.

Oui ça marche aussi ! Je trouve que l'eau écrase un peu mieux l'extérieur, ce qui donne une meilleure croute. Il est temps de faire ma valise pour la France, j'espère que le temps s'est amélioré là-bas !
