This page has been created by students of the Temple who wish to contribute to the continuity of Daoist practices and teachings on the Wudang Mountain. All of the teachings mentioned in the content of this website are taught in full at the temple by the residing abbot. All proceeds from student fees are used to meet the basic needs of residing Daoists and to maintain and develop the temple. Any excess is distributed by the abbot to local people in need of charity. It is our hope that more people may come to this sacred place to share in the many wisdoms being imparted by Abbot Li Shifu and to cultivate a deeper understanding of the nature of the Self.

This is awesome so a person who has the will and was able to stay in China for 10 years and practice 10 hours a day doing gong fu,meditation,and other studies learning a variety of martial arts .Learning martial forms to attain formlessness and transcendence through the combination of taoist practices of Baguazhang and mudras and incantations. If I was in my 20s or 30s and could stay in China for 10 years I would love to complete that martial/spiritual journey and learn authentic Taoist temple Baguazhang along with the other Taoist practices. Unfortunately I am too old to do this now and with the current situation politically with China and the US It would probably be difficult to attain a long term visa,but I hope in my next life when I'm reincarnated that I could go to a Taoist temple and do this training and learn the Taoist temple methods of Baguazhang,TaiChi and meditation etc.

im a cheng shi baguazhang player via gao style. this looks like something I really would want to know about. i have some familiarity with yin style thru park boknam, but i am not a disciple of his. just read his books. please make it possible for me to at least learn some of the basics of this system. due to the pandemic and the curent political climate, it is impossible to travel to china at this time.
