    I am so grateful I discovered Qigong. I was suffering from severe post traumatic stress syndrome. I was doing my daily Yoga for 6 years and it also helped me a lot, but when I started practicing Qigong on a daily basis healing was taking place on a much deeper level and also much faster than with Yoga. I thank all the Qigong masters.

    @@MinecraftInfo2000 Hi! You have all the information on FSCs here www.every-energy.com/what-is-fsc I would add from experience that in order for FSCs to be very effective in health vitality, strength, you have to drink a lot of FSC structured water. To structure the water I fill in a third of a 1 liter glass bottle (350ml or so) each day and put it on an FSC one hour. One bottle for each FSC. I drink the water in the day so I have 4 bottles to drink each day plus 2/3 liter of water for FSC N°1 from waking up until 5pm and 2/3 liter of water for FSC N°2 from 5pm until waking up the next day and I place all FSCs on a belt around my waist so that they work on my organs strengthening, cleansing, purifying them. FSC 1 and 2 are the most important ones as they make all other FSCs more powerful. So you have to have them first. I place the FSCs under the pillow at night making sure they are separated as they lose their power if they are too close, they have to be at least 8 cm apart. Also it is important to place N°1 under food and drinks plates/glasses for recharge until 5pm, it also purifies a food in case it is out of date, same for food after 5pm with N°2. I use N°2 to shower by placing it on the tap when water flows, the water is automatically recharged and I can tell you that the skin becomes soft like velvet, it is unbelievable and spots just vanish. My strength keeps increasing even after almost 8 months, I do 3 hour long walks plus more than twice more gym without any fatigue and my sleep is deep and of top quality, I never feel tired during the day as I used to. As soon as I put my head on the pillow with N°2 under, I start falling asleep with no return hehe ! So if you need to do something before !!! put it under the pillow after. I use FSCs for physical health but also to help with meditations like Kailash, Black mountain, Lhasa, they are great for experiencing our true powerful spiritual nature, it is a real support in our spiritual path, the true path of existence before life in society, also for increasing confidence (N°16) Hope this helps! I can help further if you need. Best !

  • @Falconbridge9

    @Falconbridge9

    7 жыл бұрын

    Zen or chien or Dhyana are all terms for state of mindless consciousness or Consciousness without interference of mind; Western(ized) version of that term is "Meditation" but it is not understood correctly because nowadays 99% of people are using that term as a verb or putting it instead of visualization , contemplation imagination or etc. (and it is neither of those); p.s. no need to go full berserk and insulting on somebody who wanted to tell you something with different approach to answer; he insinuated that "what" can not be used to ask about something which is not something (more lack of);

  • @Falconbridge9

    @Falconbridge9

    "Great" dude, it seems you know "what" is "everything" and you must be either very near to state of Paraviragya and/or "Nagna Satya" (the naked truth); so instead of asking "what" is Zen you should maybe lead all of on the path of your deep insights ? lead us oh "great", pissed of & frustrated "Sadhu", oh lead us;

  • @Falconbridge9

    @Falconbridge9

    7 жыл бұрын

    p.s. once again, you can not decide when will you become "dhyana" or when will you "go" to "meditate" (it is not a VERB !!!)., also you can not reach something "trough" meditation because "meditation" is by itself already a state of mindless consciousness; It is also called Kensho or Satori or temporary flash of conscious self without interference of mind (it is all depending on many parameters, mentalities and things like thoughts per second, degrees of Astral, Kauzal and/or super Cauzal realms of Self unknown existence etc.) Meditation sometimes, maybe, very rarely, happens to some, very few people, usually not Western; that term you use claiming you used it to "reach" mindless consciousness is already mindless consciousness and its root word is Dhyana; I am sorry you dont understand that "Meditation" is simply, very incorrect translation of something you think you know and something you insinuate to be practice or an exercise leading to something like empty mind but its not;; It already is that; nvm, just stay enlightened and lead us oh "wise one"....

And if you've already developped the aptitude to feel people... the voice... urhhg.. This humanity is so led astray that I point a rat whenever I see one, because you tend to admire very shitty empty stuff. And feel unsurprisingly empty and depressed after and wonder why lol.

    Excellent video, you've definitely do a good job at explaining some of the deeper meaning of what's happening to the mind and body when one is practicing Tai Chi that is often really difficult to explain to other people. I've been practicing the Yang style for over 10 years and I can confidently explain and show an individual how to move mechanically, but your video, in my opinion, does an excellent job at explaining WHY the movements in Tai Chi are the way they are.

    As an Indonesian Muslim American living in Chinatown Manhattan, since I turned 20 I have participated in a weekly tai-chi voluntary exercise with my other peers who are in their seventies and eighties of East Asian descent. Tai chi is not just a exercise but it spiritually awakens you and pours in the qi energy into your body. I find this practice very compatible and similar in my religion of Islam especially in Indonesia.

    If i KNOW all of what is said here but haven't been tuning in to apply what i know then...... Suffice it to say that i am fortunate to have come upon this particular "package" of reminders. This writing and execution is quietly masterful; each beautifully wrought phase nurturing -- digestible and delicious. Thank you for this! 🏇

    Not just energy but even matery is Chi, (if you want to call it that way) in all the universe, the visible and the invisible, even thoughts, speech and movement. Above time, the past present and future all Chi comes from One. And there is nothing besides the One. Inspiring video, thank you

    I’m just here trying to put together some resources to discuss with my pastor Because they’re wanting to do tai chi for the elderly, I approached him and told him we should stead clear of it, he asked me to put a case together and here I am. I’ve just happened across this comment. It’s my genuine belief that God does not approve of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is based on the Taoist belief of a universal energy, specifically there is no “one God”. I see so many Christians who say “but I don’t do the spiritual stuff”, not realizing that you cannot separate the spiritual from the physical. Please research the spiritual incompatibility of tai chi and Christianity. Lev 18:3-4 he tells us not to do these things.
