I recall a Michael Pollen video, a farmer who was butchering/processing/ chicken in the fresh open air, instead of indoors had significantly lower bacteria levels. I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Sunlight has been shown to reduce bacterial growth (probably due to UV). Also there is better circulation of air.

Grows their business??? Don’t think so. I had to rewatch the video to discover the name of the business flashed for a quarter second at the very end. No mention of name or location before that last quarter second. Dude is a great video editor but an absolutely terrible marketer. The views to conversion ratio will be negligible.
