I've cooked it before and no it didnt turn out great. It was fine though. Every step of the recipe has big chance to f it up. And its expensive to make, so unless youre quite well off you cant afford to make it that often. It really is difficult to make properly.

Orrrrrrr, the creator just paid gordon to do this reaction so they can sell more portable cooking gear.... Edit: a lot of people keep replying to me calling me dumb for thinking a college student can pay for it. This isn't a college student. This is a company selling cooking devices. They stage their videos to look like a college student because it comes off more authentic. They literally have a link to their sales website in the youtube page bio.

They get millions upon millions of views across ig yt and tiktok. They are literally making these videos to sell those portable cookware. They can afford endorsement from basically anyone. They probably didnt need to pay gordon to specifically make the review good, but they likely paid him to review it. He wouldve been kind because its basically a kid making it since its "in a dorm room" and they are making it with shitty equipment.
