SWOT analysis: how to create a useful one

I think this is #1 channel for great information! It is really a lab for sure! for swot, I use an iPhone app called "mySWOT" which helps me to do swot on myself and to improve my situation in life! I know able to utilize my strengths, improve my weakness, seize the opportunities and avoid the threats! Thanks a lot for all you guys for helping us to reach to more heights!

Kimberly, the point of the video is that you do your market segmentation before your SWOT. The segmentation must be around same or similar needs, not other factors.
