You don't have to use a text generator. Existing systems have not been producing stable news reports. Go ahead and get the best quality articles that can help to move you up to the top of the leaderboard at textscout.

I accept what a few other comments said - it's more difficult than some people make out to profit online and you could very easily lose money. You should be aware of this and get help from others who can prove they have made money. I looked round many websites and found plenty of great advice by searching google on websites such as Trevs Exchange Tactics. Good luck and hope you make some cash!

I honestly think online lectures that can be replayed, re winded, paused, fast forwarded and able to come back to and watch at a later time are the future. I find it a lot easier to learn when I can take my time with a video and replay it over and over again until I understand every inch of it. Thanks for the video.

A cost focus strategy (aiming to be the lowest price) can be effective. Competitive advantage can be created in two ways: low costs or differentiation i.e. adding value to the product or service (see Porter's generic strategies). It's ironic that he used supermarkets as an example of this not being the case; in the UK, Aldi have achieved a profit of 165% in 2014 and have stolen market share using it's no frills cost focus strategy.

Nice presentation and insightful - however I think the conclusion staying with existing market and existing products (but focus on productivity) is the safe path is a bit to simplistic. Yes it is the most **short term wise** safe money strategy - but more products and broader markets, and innovations can be vital parameter to protect you from more long term threads -- Blockbuster, Kodak, Nokia and many others have followed this stay where you are strategy and felt the pain. What is important is balance in what you do - and then to do the risky stuff in a clever way (making it less risky).

Is the statement that price competition.. 'what makes people think they need to compete on price is beyond me'.. Still valid today with the recession and restricted expendable wealth?

  • @Charitza

It must be, otherwise supermarket chains such as Lidl or Aldi would have grown much more dramatically over the last few years. I like to think it's sort of that American term, "Convenience store" - People shop within different supermarkets for convenience; everything under one roof. So I guess by that standard, factors influencing choice would likely be things like stock, location, size, etc. Saying that, the recent trend (in response to the recession I assume) is to buy less and more often, unassumingly to buy only what one really needs. This is why there has been increased investment in the smaller stores such as Tesco Express.

To be fair...You won't see many Rolls broken down on the side of the road...when you don't see ANY "driving" on the road. How many Yugos do you see broken down? Same answer--none. Same reason--there aren't any. The quality point is valid, though.
