Anything they GVR needs the something similar to the following instruction attached "The full En'banc panel shall issue a ruling on the merits of this case based on the precedent set here and in case x, case y, case z." Otherwise its more years of infringements.

They’ve really did the country in. The way they’ve set the stage with trump isn’t good. Weaponization of the DOJ was them going openly totalitarian so I foresee that if trump doesn’t win it’s going to get violent and if he does win they likely will refuse to step down.

I like a straight per mile charge. Means that a Prius, all the battery cars, and "Smart Cars" pay the same as a 1-ton dually gasser.

If they do take a case, they will say the lower court was wrong and send it back down. Then when it gets back to SCOTUS in 10 or 20 years we'll be back to a leftist majority.

Nothing is going to happen they are just going to kick it down the road, eventually they will reject them.

If the Supreme Court does not correct this, perhaps we should do away with it.

Bruen was a terrible ruling. At this point I totally know SCOTUS ruled the way it did in Bruen **because** the justices knew it would throw jurisprudence into chaos.

They aren't taking up any of them. That's why it's pointless to hope we can get a win in cases like Duncan and Miller if it goes to SCOTUS. SCOTUS doesn't care about 2A and prob won't take those cases either.
