A man's wife strikes her husband and he hits her back in retaliation, with no gun or weapon present, but he loses his rights to bear arms, to protect this nation against invasion and against tyranny. And the same is true with any physical altercation that may take place between parents with unruly teens with drug and alcohol problems. And again with no weapons being used or present. And this charge against the parent or spouse stays there until a court decides he or she can acquire a gun again, which can take years upon years upon years and in states like New York and California, the answer is never. How is this constitutional? How is this not an infringement upon a person's second amendment rights to bear arms and to be part of their state militia if the need arises? Where in our history did the framers of our Bill of Rights ever impose such penalties? The answer is never! The justices had their heads up their ass on this one.

Moore vs US was ruled narrowly. The concurrences and dissents are worth reading to understand what it doesn’t address

As for abortion, the vast majority want it. The Dems need to draft a reasonable Constitutional Amendment to make it legal. Quit blaming Trump and make it a women's right.

I would think they are treading cautiously considering the hot water they are in with the majority of US citizens. There Supreme Court days are numbered, the citizens are fed up.

Supreme Court members are for LIFE ie NOT "numbered". They CAN be impeached yet the ONLY one was back in 1805! - Article III of the First Amendment. (only IF they break a law - simple gist)

We need a Constitutional Amendment establishing a Peoples Court made up of citizen jurors randomly selected from voting rosters to hold federal government leadership and politicians accountable and financially liable for passing/maintaining unconstitutional laws; illegal activity such as insider trading; gross negligence; crimes against humanity such as funding gain of function research resulting in a plandemic or destabilizing a sovereign, foreign government and at all government levels making election tampering involving voting.procedures a treasonable offense.

Long ago when I lived in NYC at one point while temping (MA at night) I'd work for lawfirms doing financial graphics. - One day filled in for the V.I.P. secretatry (they earn their $100K a year lol) and discovered the company had "offshore" accounts... which means... - They are sheltered from paying taxes (or very little) CONGRESS legislated this and have much of their investments "off shore" as well. - There were "some" changes made (forget now what).

The States like CA, just appeal and ignore the rulings.... Example, 2nd Amendment is infringed upon when an arms manufacturer has magazines for more than 9 rounds. Ca lost and hid it in appeals for years ....
