From Philippines. Query: did I read it right that we need only 1cup of flour for this? My dough is very sticky even when after 10 to 15 minutes of mixing by hand! Help!

Being my wife and I enjoy some toasted raisin bread in the mornings with coffee, this will definitely be one I will try. Probably throw in some cinnamon and brown sugar for a little more sweetness. ypu may need more liquid if you relace it with whole wheat. How about replacing only 1/2 whole wheat
