Summary - ADE in Severe COVID Causing Massive Inflammation

Summary - ADE Based Infection of The Immune Cells in Severe COVID

DrBeen talk on ADE. Of course we should correct my statements that ADE is not observed with SARS-COV-2. It was accurate at that time. There now is potential proof of ADE.

Yup, as far back as May/June of 2020 we knew about ADE and T cell exhaustion, but were censored and shouted down. Now quietly, in measured doses we are hearing about them. Too late folks. Too late.

@@Dr.Darkol he’s talking about our “natural” immune response to current infection, but the question is if it’s more likely in vaccinated or not. With ADE, it’s a current response but we’re usually talking about vaccines too, because poorly targeted antibodies bind with the virus without neutralizing it right, giving it an entryway in through immune cells instead. That’s way more likely when you’re injecting people with vaccines from the original strain. Plus that does not give you the same mucosal immunity natural exposure to the whole virus along the actual infection pathway does. The likelihood of it even getting past the mucosal immunity is less in people with natural immunity from exposure to whole virus along the actual infection pathway, and they’re not relying on their system only knowing a tiny piece of the virus that seems to be mutating a lot since these came out. Instead, with natural immunity your body knows more of the virus and it’s stopped at the mucosal layer preventing infection and spread from the nasal-pharynx to begin with. Even if it reduces their symptoms, vaccinated people can still have the same viral load in the nasal pharynx and be selecting for and spreading immune-resistant strains more too. There could be a lot of corollary consequences of over-vaccination of these specific ones that don’t appear right with the injection.

I've overflown the study and read the author's explanation, why they excluded the vaccinated in the paper. Interestingly, they stated, they decided to exlude the vaccinated with breakthrough infection before data analysis, but not before sample collection. This, imo, means, they had intended to study ADE in both groups and then, between sample collection and analysis of the data, something made them change their mind. As far as I am informed, ADE in general is a concern for individuals, who hadn't been infected with a pathogen, were vaccinated against the pathogen and had an infection after they had been vaccinated. So the proof, there's no ADE for Sars-CoV-2 vaccinated first and Sars-CoV-2 infected secondly still has to be shown.

Very good… to answer your question in the simplest manner… The vaccine is for those bodies that did not recognize the complexities and have dumbed it down for it to grow. If you lived through a moderate to severe infection before or without vaccine, then it just adds to the problem. It is able to host most now and grow and change.

Good observation and their justification is noteworthy considering all of the other variables they didn't mind including. Combined with the data from this in vitro infection assay showing minimal difference in infected monocytes between unvaccinated and vaccinated healthy donors, it's difficult to draw any conclusion about vaccine generated antibodies without infected, vaccinated donors to compare. IMO, it's interesting how media coverage has focused on arguably the weakest part of the study.

Five years ago while visiting South Africa I developed a rapid onset sepsis characterized by high fever, myalgias, arthralgias, and profound weakness. A week hospitalization at a tertiary care medical center never uncovered the pathogen. I had a profound lowering of my White Blood Cell Count and Platelet Count. Within 36 hours I had a metabolic lactic acidosis and respiratory failure. I was treated with multiple antibiotics even though the pathogen was not identified. I recovered in a week with supportive care. I believe this was an ADE phenomenon.

@Jelly baby It depends on the make up of the chimera. One can combine two whole viruses to any combination of the viruses. A chimera of SARs-CoV-2 with just the reverse transcriptase and the DNA integrase genes of HIV would be nightmare. The virus would become a part of every infected cell. Combining the parts of HIV that infects the immune system would not result in any additional adverse effects. Because those parts of the virus work very slowly. The SARs-CoV-2 virus infects and kills very quickly. Unless one were to remove the ACE2 binding domain of the virus. The infection would then be identical to what HIV causes and will lead to death over several years.

Just as the population was stratified by age and comorbidities, it seems prudent to stratify SARS-CoV-2 infection vectors. While this study is intriguing, it seems to be premature to extrapolate from a study that has a sample size of less than 30. For a samples of that size one need to perform an analysis of variance. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t seriously regret getting the Pfizer vaccine. Within days I developed severe peripheral neuropathy, Bell’s Palsy, and tinnitus. It has been one (1) year. EMG confirmed permanent nerve damage. On the Pfizer study used to get EUA there were 4 cases of Bell’s Palsy in the vaccine group with 0 in the control group. And, the study population was far healthier than the American public based on the studies characterization of the population (e.g. incidence of diabetes)

Interesting but I have some concerns with this and some of the conclusions I see being drawn. They acknowledge previously vaccinated donors, who had breakthrough infections, were excluded from the study entirely. The claim of anti-spike antibodies from the vaccine not being affected was tested by an in vitro analysis of pooled plasma from a handful of healthy and infected donors which was then artificially infected with SARS-CoV-2 clones. This analysis appears to show no significant difference in infected monocytes between unvaccinated healthy donors and vaccinated HD. It does show elevated levels of infected monocytes in sick, unvaccinated donors. Not having infected vaccinated donors to compare against seems questionable if a conclusion about vaccine antibodies is to be drawn. Especially given the small dataset used in the in vitro infection assay. Please let me know if I've missed something.

@Glenn Davis Yes the virus has more than one way of infecting the body. Stimulating the Gig response through vaccination won't help at all. The antibodies will cause the macrophages and monocytes to get infected. Likely the neutrophils also but they are very short lived cells in the first place. Why does no one ever question the big pharma companies who are manufacturers of the vaccines. Why after nearly 40 years of research, there is still NO HIV vaccine? The manufacturers tell us that the virus mutates far too quickly. Which is a nonsensical answer. The real answer is that the antibodies promote infection of the macrophages. The macrophages become viral manufacturers and eventually lead to the direct infection of the T4 cells. It is a slow process. But it will absolutely result in the premature death if everyone infected unless that person takes a cocktail of medications. Vaccines play NO ROLE in controlling HIV. Nor will they play any role in controlling any coronavirus infection. All we had to do was wait. In one year they are now recommending 4 doses and a 5th one is actively being discussed.. I had forecast all of these things. Accurately, I might add. 2 years of study would have been nice. But all we got was 3 months. We have an ineffectual FDA. Much like the FAA that rubber stamped the Boeing decisions. We have an ineffectual CDC which is actively promoting the vaccines. Biden is demented so it is hard to know what he is even thinking. But he clearly has been clued into promoting the vaccine as a way to effectively combat the disease. Which it doesn't. And as the vaccine fails, there goes his administration and he will take nearly the entire left wing with him. They nearly all believe in the completely false narrative.

The studies and drs. I have heard up until now seemed to mostly be concerned the danger of ADE is in the shot, but it seems to me you are saying here you can get the ADE result if you have had the virus while not having also had the shot. Is this true? If so, how concerning is this?

Dr Been I think it's very important that you emphasize that this is not due to vaccination. The paper you refer to states "Nonetheless, overwhelming evidence shows that vaccine-generated neutralizing antibodies prevent infection and improve clinical outcome of breakthrough infections, suggesting that anti-spike antibodies are highly beneficial. Plasma from vaccinated individuals did not promote monocyte infection, indicating that ADE is not a concern with respect to vaccination"

@@milasalazar1935 Please listen to Dr. Been at the 20:49 minute mark. He specifically states that the vaccine did not cause ADE. It is happening in some people who get COVID-19. COVID-19 is infecting the monocyte cells of the immune system, in the blood. As a result of this the monocyte creates inflammasones and the monocyte cell uses a protein to make holes in itself, to allow the inflammatory pieces to escape and cause more inflammation in the body, especially the lining of the vessels carrying blood, as the monocyte blows itself up and dies. He specifically asks people to try not to get COVID-19.

Thanks for discussing this paper. So, this explains why some people get seriously ill (due to cytokine storm) and it may explain why vaccines attenuate the response to the disease. You mention that blood clotting could be direct result of this as well. But, it seems that blood clotting occurs more frequently among vaccinated. So, according to the paper, vaccine-induced antibodies do not cause ADE which means that there could be another blood clotting mechanism for vacinees. This is a very small study! Have the results of this study been confirmed and replicated by another group?
