Spike S1 Persists Up To 245 Days in Vaccinated Individuals - New Study (Preprint)

Spike S1 Persists Up To 245 Days in Vaccinated Individuals - New Study (Preprint)
The following study is a preprint by Dr. Bruce Patterson and his team. In this small study Dr. Patterson et. al find that the individuals suffering from long COVID like symptoms after vaccination have persistent spike protein S1, S2, and even a mutant S1 in their non-classical and intermediate (CD16+) monocytes. These monocytes have an affinity to bind with the blood vessel endothelium. Hence, vascular damage/inflammation and clotting will ensue.
Management approach they offer is CCR5 antagonists (like Maraviroc) and Statins to reduce the binding of CD16+ monocytes to endothelium.

    Several people highlighted it, some near the roll out, some later on as facts emerged. All were silence, censored, suppressed, ridiculed for spreading ‘misinformation’ or being ‘anti vax’. One side effect of Covid is that so many more people have woken up to how manipulative the media is - and how complicit in pushing the narratives of those in power.

    Well let’s say at a certain career level they start acting like politicians. At lower career levels their main concern is to gain reputation by providing the required scientific results that the monetary entities are requesting. Only a few independent thinkers are around that may have a strong enough foothold on their own so they can just be frank about scientific papers and their quality. Overall an academic career is an exercise in conformity for the majority.

    One of the main things in cancer tumors is that the increase blood vessels . I wonder if the seemingly increase of " turbo cancers " is helped by this monocyte diagram of increasing blood vessels. And the fact your immune system is taxed by yet another fire to put out as far as longer term spike proteins floating around in you system . We all have precancerous/ cancerous cells everyday being produced and thwarted by out immune system. But if we have placed its attention elsewhere, and also made it more ap to create blood vessels to diliver support to cancer cells seems like a double whammy to me.

    The reason there is very little talk on the Nature article is simple, that would be admitting their mistakes and lies: 1.They cut corners, they did not know or control the technology as well as they said, there was no good manufacturing practice nor good laboratory practice, not enough testing and trials regarding pharmaco dynamics and pharmacology kinetics (which are necessary for any new medical treatment or technology). Thus no way you could make a safe and effective vaxxxeen with a new technology in 6months. 2. They took advantage of this crisis to push forward into the population a new promising product, in which billions of dollars were invested which never proved successful in labs, and no one, including medical authorities, would accept to use or take because of its genetic nature. It was a failed gamble that they were later forced to make look like a success to promote it. Pharma industry is now building large scale mRNA labs and manufacturing facilities around the world. Admitting now the whole process failed would cost the investors billions of dollar, ain't happening now, not until it's evident it damaged and killed millions of people (e.g. sigarets, opioids, x-ray, etc) and they made enough profit to put it back in the box.

    Could this phenomenon be related to the castlike fibrous clots along the blood vessel lining that were found in autopsies and some living patients too? ( the 3 proteins connecting or S2 &mutant S1 and antiapoptotic monocytes?)

  • @Dr.DP-PhD
    @Dr.DP-PhD28 күн бұрын

    A an interesting paper and well presented. There are a few points in the study that need further details, data and explaining. Only 12% of the vaccinated patients (6 out of 50) were tested by LC-MS, and stated as detecting S1, S2 and mutant peptides. No 'specific' vaccine status information for the 6 is given. It would be interesting if they were RNA or DNA vaccine patients. The 'combination of patient clinical history, negative anti-nucleocapsid antibody testing and T-detect testing as a way to screen these patients.' cannot prove the vaccinated patients who experience 'new-onset symptoms that persisted greater than 30 days after receiving vaccination' had not also experienced a SARS-CoV-2 infection within the time period. The authors themselves correctly state - 'A significant limitation of this study was the lack of approved testing to 100% rule out previous infection...' No attempt to detect vaccine RNA or DNA was performed in this study. In their previous study in PASC patients the authors were unable to detect full length RNA sequences that could account for the observed S1 protein identified in any patient in that study. I would not be surprised if the specificity of the antibody the authors used to detect Spike protein in this study, was subjected to further scrutiny in peer review of this paper, especially as no immuno-precipitation controls appear to have been performed. The authors screened 14 post-vaccination individuals with PACS-like symptoms. No information as to which patients out of the 50 is provided nor if they were the same 6 patients in which LCMS was used to detect peptides, nor if these patients are the ones with levels of Spike proteins 'higher' than the control patients, who did not report PACS-like symptoms. Is there a correlation between peptide detection and PACS? The authors correctly state 'There also exists the possibility that some of these new-onset symptoms post-COVID vaccination are unrelated to the vaccines.' The authors state - Upon isolation of the protein, we demonstrated by LC-MS that these CD16+ cells from post-vaccination patients also contained S1 protein months after vaccination (Figure 5 - Liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry confirmation of S1 and S2 protein in flow cytometrically isolated cells from post- vaccination individuals with PASC-like symptoms). The claims are not fully verified by the presented data as Figure 5 does NOT give any time period nor does it show any data for S2 peptides. The authors state 'Of the S1 positive post-vaccination patients, we sorted the CD16+ cells from six patients as previously performed for PASC patients8.' Further analysis revealed that these CD16+ monocytes also contained peptide sequences of S2, and mutant S1 peptides.' No data is shown as to which patients contained which peptides and the cells are NOT from the patients of this study so the immune profile from this study should not be applied. I like your hypothesis that +1 slippage in translation might explain why 'muted peptides' were detected. Slippage is caused by the N1-Methyl-pseudouridine in the RNA vaccines. The DNA vaccine patients should not therefore have any 'mutated' peptide, if slippage is the method of their generation. Reviewing the mutated peptides sequences presented by the authors in the 'Protein sequences found in CD16+ sorted monocytes - Potential S1 Mutant Peptides' figure, one of the peptides (PCNGVK) is not an altered amino acid sequence (mutated peptide). The rest of the peptides detected have amino acid changes most likely from point mutation in the RNA, or DNA sequences that encoded them, or, in some cases could have arisen via RNA editing.

    I think we need a court case, where a patient died and in her testament said there must be an autopsy, and everything must be published, and then a family member proceeds with making it an official fact, when unusual blood clots were the cause of death. If many people do this (especially when they feel very sick), the media situation might change. It should contribute to corroborate or refute these reports.

If a person got vaccinated but never infected, could they still get long covid symptoms from the spike proteins? Are the spike proteins from the vaccine and from the infection really identical, or are they treated as two different pathogens by the immune system? How long does it take to clear the spike proteins from an ordinary covid infection? Or from a vaccine?

    Thatswhy I said allowing. So you can't mention an organisation he has met which helps people. You can however talk about the harms and drugs.

    Do you know if spike protein can cause arthritis or autoimmune disease? Two years after 2 jabs I developed hand swelling, pain, limited mobility and looks like arthritis (?). I’ve been very healthy with no health issues; no drinking, smoking, diabetes, eat healthy and exercised daily. Now I’m in constant pain and can’t do much. Wondering if I try ivermectin or if there’s a blood test for spike protein? I’m interested in your thoughts not medical advice. Thank you

    Why am I not able to find any new info on the effects on j&j vaxed patients? Is the spike protein damage as severe from the adenovirus method? Where can I get true updated info?

    @Merogenomics discussed this. He said he's only seen limited data on it as it wasn't mRNA variation. He said he doubts the J&J caused issues though.
