NIH, Wuhan were working on monkeypox

Wuhan Institute of Virology published on monkeypox research 3 months ago, NIH also have been researching monkeypox treatment
reporter.nih.gov/search/sLt35...
Total funding, $9,824,009
The funding supports a clinical trial to identify effective treatments for monkeypox
A re-emerging pathogen
A disease of epidemic potential
Causes significant morbidity and can result in death
Human cases have been increasing in sub-Saharan Africa since 2000
Sporadic outbreaks outside of Africa have occurred
Similarity between MPXV and the variola virus,
coupled with concerns about the potential of the variola virus as a potential bioterrorism agent,
have placed monkeypox treatments at the forefront of public health and scientific research agendas in many countries.

Efficient assembly of a large fragment of monkeypox virus genome as a qPCR template using dual-selection based transformation-associated recombination (Feb 2022)
Since MPXV infection has never been associated with an outbreak in China, the viral genomic material required for qPCR detection is unavailable.
Using viral DNA recombinations
Transformation-associated recombination (TAR),
to assemble large DNA constructs
A 55-kb genomic fragment of monkeypox virus in VL6-48B (yeast cells)
What is Virologica Sinica?
www.sciencedirect.com/journal...
Virologica Sinica, the official journal of Chinese Society for Microbiology,
will serve as a platform for the communication and exchange of academic information and ideas in an international context.
Discussion section
However, this DNA assembly tool applied in virological research could also raise potential security concerns,
especially when the assembled product contains a full set of genetic material that can be recovered into a contagious pathogen.
Recently, a group of scientists was funded by a biotech company to synthesize a full-length horsepox virus genome and recover it into an infectious virus (Noyce et al., 2018).
Not surprisingly, such a controversial achievement has received enormous attention and raised global debate on its biosecurity implications (DiEuliis et al., 2017; Koblentz, 2017, 2018; DiEuliis and Gronvall, 2018).
In this study, although a full-length viral genome would be the ideal reference template for detecting MPXV by qPCR, we only sought to assemble a 55-kb viral fragment, less than one-third of the MPXV genome.
This assembly product is fail-safe by virtually eliminating any risk of recovering into an infectious virus while providing multiple qPCR targets for detecting MPXV or other Orthopoxviruses (Li et al., 2010).
Our world in data monkeypox

20,000 doses of a smallpox vaccine

reduce the risk of symptomatic infection and severe illness
Dr Rosamund Lewis, WHO
It's very important to describe this because it appears to be an increase in a mode of transmission that may have been under-recognised in the past
unfortunate if monkeypox exploit the immunity gap left by smallpox 40 years ago
there is still a window to close the outbreak

There is so much more many may find hard to believe but is already documented. While Dr Campbell is just starting to dip his toes into what we've known for almost 2 years (about the original virus), there are many other people who are way ahead of him and reporting on things that many here would find shocking. There's plenty of evidence. Will Dr. Campbell reveal any of these things before it's too late? I don't know, but this channel is just barely hinting at what others have evidence for.

Most would brush off communicable disease as a childhood rite of passage. So it depends on personal outlook. Similar logic is applied to WMD, but as we can see here that a AR-15 Carbine can qualify as such.

I shook his hand, and he asked if I would take his photo with his cell phone. I did take photo's of him, then I got back in my car. After that, I noticed his lock screen on his phone was a photo of him being kissed by another man. I asked if it was his; "partner," and he answered Yes!!! We talked about 2 hours, with me in my car and him standing outside. Then, we were talking about skin issues, and he showed his hand to me and it was covered with tiny bumps!!! He did not know what it was, but, it did not look good!!! He did not appear to have any bumps on his palm's or on his face. (I am a Monk and he had a Crucifix on, so I told him that his choice of sexuality, was of no concern to me. It was up to God.) Now, I am watching all the videos on monkeypox that I can find. I know the chance that he had The Pox, and I caught it from him was small, however I shook his hand and handled his phone!!! We also talked for a long time, and I was not on gaurd during that time.( I was there waiting to watch the super moon rise). That was Saturday, September 3rd. So, what should I do??? I call my doctor on Tuesday, to ask about my kidney's. My Creatinine was to high, and I was slightly anemic. He has been treating me for my kidney function and says they are stable... I can tell him about the event, but, I don't know that he could help me, "if" I "contract" the illness. What are your recommendations to me, and what should I watch for??? I was in Liberia during the Ebola eradication effort and remained until after it was declared to be a success. The US military had a big presence during the effort, but China was there as well, and had been there well before there was ever an issue. They had even funded the one and only paved road in th entire country that connected Monrovia to the International airport and on to the small coastal town of Buchanan. When I first arrived and was making assessments, one of my first observations was that Liberia was the perfect location to test a biological weapon because of it's location and very limited options for travel. It would be very easy to contain something released to the general public and observe not only the "victims" but also to evaluate the world's response. It seemed like a potential "experiment" at the time, but now in hindsite it appears even more likely. The Ebola situation did two things, it introduced the world to a "real" threat that required increased government control in order to prevent it spreading. Seeing anyone who is infected with ebloa is enough to convince anyone that it is a very serious virus and plants a seed in everyones thoughts. Years later when the Covid pandemic started, people had already been primed to accept government intervention and increased restrictions and the governments from many countries were able to easily take control of things with very little opposition. I am not a conspiracy theoroist ny any stretch of the imagination, but being in some of these places and making actual observations sure does point to potential links, which are hard to ignore.

Is the curious fact that the pox is spreading mostly in widely covid vaccinated countries but does not appear to be spreading in Africa (where it is most usually found), & the fact that Africa appears to have faired well against covid despite a very sparse vaccine rollout, is there a chance these factors are related? And by the same token, is there a relationship between this monkeypox outbreak & the fact that auto-immune blistering indicative of monkeypox is also listed as an adverse reaction to the covid vaccines? My posts are often hidden by the tube. If you can see this, please drop a reply whether or not you agree with me. Thanks!

  • @HashimotoDatsu

I disagree, simply due to the lack of any concrete reasons you've provided. While you have a correlation, I don't believe you have any arguments that can't be explained in other ways. For example, many countries that had a large amount of vaccines are also a center for transportation and have many people in close proximity. We are also not getting much reporting of this issue in Japan or South Korea, which seems to contradict your initial assessment. That's how I'm seeing it anyways. I don't think we should be jumping to conclusions and spreading unconfirmed theories around, but I do think this all needs to be taken into investigation by a joint world effort.

@@HashimotoDatsu Oh the freedom to agree or not is one I'd defend with my life. Discussing unconfirmed theories, regardless imo of whether they are credible or not, is a freedom we should all continue to enjoy. We can't have one law for us & one for the media. The media regularly trot out cobblers after cobblers. They often present unverified & unverifiable "facts" from around the world without providing any evidence that the "facts" are genuine. Until the media start presenting evidential support for their "theories" & while they can report anything they want whether it's true & factual or not, suggesting those of us who are not in the media should be restrained & censored for doing the same, is unacceptable, imo. Luckily, as we all know, opinions are like bums. Everyone has one. I am just grateful that you can see my post & reply to it! As for Japan, as I understand it, Japan sought early treatment options including the dreaded horse dewormer, & have not as widely rolled out vaccines as places like the US, UK, Europe etc. Can't speak for Korea either North or South. I do not know how widely the Korea's have rolled out vaccines or how much trouble with monkeypox they are having.

  • @HashimotoDatsu

    @HashimotoDatsu

    Жыл бұрын

@@alternativenarrative4564 yes, it's completely fine to disagree freely. For South Korea, they pretty much immediately countered it with a brief quarantine and massive vaccine initiative. However, once B.A. 2 came rolling in last December, even their effective safety precautions failed and they had a massive spike around February through May. I think the main issue is the mainstream media being so untrustworthy that many people will just search for evidence that supports what they already believe and reject anything contrary. Every time I see the news, there is a pundit trying to manipulate someone arguing with another pundit and bith of them are usually bought off by the same companies. I argue for the general public to be better and more responsible because the "news" was lost long ago. Someone should be responsible. That also is not me wanting a law that can be enforced on average citizens for speaking their minds. If that were to ever happen, I'd be ready take up arms against the government if need be.

Hello, I just wanted to say two things. One, I am a big Russle Brand fan. As I find that he admits that his passion for the truth, has moments where it could come off bias. But he will attempt to have concrete and scientifically proven information ( along with there links) to explain why he’s reporting as he is. And I have found him remarkable accurate, yet a little brilliant in the “Robin Williams” way, where he speaks genius , but does so so fast, it’s hard to get his points without slowing it down. I say that because he led me to you. Out of all the news content I’ve researched ( thousands) I find your medical information, clear, well researched, without bias, and always coming from a place of lovingly looking after all you reach by your honesty, calm nature, and truth telling. With all my heart. I thank you. One more thing, do you find it very curious that coronavirus led to more deaths of the black community them any other community (proportionally by over double from what I’ve read), now, monkey pox, seems to be targeted on the homosexual community? Much like AIDS was. Starting with the homosexual community , then rapidly bringing in the black community. That in the US, shut downs of planed parenthood are frequent, due to the loss of row versus Wade. And, that England has one of the best, and largest amount social health clinics and information on sexual health in general. ( perhaps a reason there are more cases found here then in Spain ) I find it not factual, but worthy of questioning. Yet questions like these come with more contempt prior to investigation, then there are people courageous enough to ask them. Your thoughts? And again, truly. I am drawing conclusions, you are truth telling. I can’t thank you enough

Dr's are now for sale and have no ethics beyond not wanting to lose their licence. Basically, it's because we didn't refuse to use their fake money, so they have been able to own all our important institutions and the professionals who work in them. We've then also paid for, and therefore become reliant on, software that records all our activity and information, when free and open source versions of the same software and operating systems have always been available. Schools (gvts) started this due to perceived financial savings (despite paying for something that is free). Now puplis can't function without a Google login or chrome book, or perhaps bills windows. They teach illiteracy.

It's interesting. We have always had small pox vaccines and even keep them in stock. Most of the world destroyed their small pox seed samples in the 90s after it was declared ireadicated except fa few countries that kept it to create vaccines in case it was weaponized. Two of those countries was the USSR or soviet Russia and the USA. Now we have 4 or 5 biological labs in Ukraine, a former USSR state. We also have a war happening there. And all the sudden we are worried about poxes.

Thank you for your objective and informative presentations Dr. John. My concern is that there is no publication available as to the mapping of the entire Genome. Also, adding yeast as a vector on a tiny construction of 60 base pairs of an unmapped genome???? Shouldn't 1/3 be around 10,000 bp? It all seems a little pedestrian to me. The process is riddled with potential for contamination in the final result. In the end, the PCR calibration is most likely to detect yeast. Now that a detection template has been prepared, we can expect plenty of positive testing and unnecessary panic propagated by the misuse of PCR as we all have yeast present in our bodies. I appreciate that you have not given this publication the thumbs up and it proves that some of the medical establishment don't rely on unscientific methodology and continue to question. That is what science is all about Dr. :)

I understand that this process of evolution under normal circumstances without any interference tends to take time to occur. Time in which other things can happen that might eradicate the virus. Why would any laboratory want to fast track a virus in this way? That is the question and the answers are not happy ones

Well where do people think these politicians come from? They don’t fall out of the sky. They don’t pass through a membrane from “another reality”. They come from American parents, and American families, American homes, American schools, American churches, American businesses, and American universities. And they’re elected by American citizens. This is the best we can do folks. This is what we have to offer. It’s what our system produces: Garbage in. Garbage out. If you have selfish ignorant citizens, you’re going to get selfish ignorant leaders. And term-limits ain’t going to do you any good. You’re just going to wind up with a brand new bunch of selfish, ignorant Americans. So maybe… maybe… MAYBE, it’s not the politicians who suck. Maybe something else sucks around here like: “THE PUBLIC”. Where are all the bright, honest, intelligent Americans ready to step in and save the nation and lead the way? We don’t have people like that in this country.

I hope that you have this video saved on your own machine and can upload it on an alternative platform if/when youtube removes it (because they probably will). Thank you for your courage sir!!

Thanks so much for sharing this information. It’s incredible to think there’s projects like this being developed! It’s hard to understand why any institution and or group of people would want to create something like this. Very disturbing.

Yes, NIH is definitely studying viruses on purpose. That is one of the things they are charged with doing. They obviously have to try to anticipate which viruses may be the ones that will need to be countered. So if monkeypox starts spreading, and then we learn that NIH has been studying it, that means they have been doing their job. Or do you have some actual evidence to the contrary?
