Do you use sometimes also Kombu In the miso?

When you are boiling water to make any kind of pasta put a little oil into your pan it will not stick together

The soba soup is called Mentsuyu in Japanese. And the pink one is called Kamaboko(Japanese Fish Cake).

Everything looks delicious. I can not possibly eat that much food and three times a day. I am 5.7” and weight all my life 45 KG. I ride my horses here in Maui, Hawaii, USA, swim and walk 5 miles about 7.5 km 5 times a week with our German Sheppards, very active all my life. I eat around noon and around 1900 / 7 PM. which works for me very well. Enjoy your channel, first time we visited your country , we stay in Cebu. Wishing you all the best always.

Honestly I’m not on a diet so I don’t count how many calories I eat in a day. But I make sure I eat healthy and balanced since I had a previous health problem before.😊

NO fruits,NO milk or yogurt,NO sugars 👌🏻

This is one day. She eats all those things; one of her go-to breakfast accompaniments is yogurt with fruit and honey.
