I’ve always caught buses and trains alone, buses from around 8. As a 12 year old onwards I’d pack myself some snacks or lunch and drinks and I’d either go with friends or alone to places in my area, the large pond, forests, I don’t mean going miles into them and parks. Go into town on my own from about 9, go to the shops & market or when I was bored I’d go to town and look at the buses then go explore new places. From 10 I would be sent on a coach to visit my aunty who lived on the coast about 1 & 1/2 hours away. We didn’t get a mall in my town until probably late eighties. Then a bit later we gay huge one in the next city. I went alone from about 15, I still prefer to go alone, I really can’t see the point of dragging my painful body around shops I’m not interested in. For example fancy shops, I’m not paying £100 for a flipping t shirt, they don’t tend to fit any of us curvy ladies (or men) either. So what’s the point going in? Give me a bookshop…bliss! Peaceful and calm

I have learned so much about self-care and finding happiness where we are in life from your videos. Also that Japan is very beautiful.

Wonderful ~ I go out of day trips, spa appointments and restaurants on my own and think my life is richer and more satisfying for treating myself to solo adventures.

I wa shappy to see you won Slowpoke, the pokemon, those machines are fun but its rare to see people win on them so its nice to see when they do, it seemed liek you had a really nice day, its important to take days to heal and show self love once in a while so we can be healthy.

Glad you won your lucky stuffed animal at the mall! I at first thought you were going to eat your fried banana peels as well… many people don’t even know that the peels are also edible, and very nutritious, when prepared properly. My Indian friends find many ways to eat them, mostly in curries, or smoothies that they pack to take to work with them. That would make for an interesting vlog!

Please know, that when the bananas are still hanging at the tree and before they come into a supermarket, they will be treated many times with poison in order to keep away the insects!!! This poison is harmfull to the human body!! It is true! I found your video today, dear sister from the other end of the world. I live in Germany and I find your videos so interesting, really well done, relaxing and not boring!! I wish you a lot of strength and I give you a big warm embrace!
