Instead of using and washing all those dishes,why not cut up all veggies put in same glass dish and save yourself the dish washing

Why is everything wrapped in foil? Even bananas, which are naturally wrapped. The amount of rubbish in Japan must be gigantic. Individually wrapped carrots, completely nonsensical.

Hi Lou. I really think you should consume less plastic. Try to buy stuff with not so much wrapping all around. Also, you say you feel a bit dizzy. But you have thrown away the spinach juice !!! What a waste. You should keep that, coold it down a drink it !! A miracle for your health. Also don't go shopping every day because you consume too much fuel which is not good for your pocket and the enivronment. Buy in bulk and from one super store only. Finally pans do not break that easily. I find it extremly difficult to wash the pan if this is cold. Have a lovely time !!

Dapat ang mga Japan,hindi na masyadong gumamit ng mga plastic. Kasi ang daming mga plastic.pg na mimili sa tindahan..subra.bawat gulay at protas at iba pang pamilihin puro plastic.hindi msganda tingnan.kasi dito sa ibang bansa .dahan-dahan ng iwala ang mga plastic.puro supot na ang ginagamit dito sa ibang bansa.supot na papil.halos wala ng makita ngayon ng plastic na pg balot sa pinamili.

Dear Lou, first tale your time to settle down and to adapt to your new life. There have been do many changes for you lately, thatmust ne overwhelming. I found your channel last dummer when I was bedbound bevause I was ill. The only channel that broughy me peace and made me forget how miserabele I felt. I could not go out, having people tovisit me was exhausting . I was too sick to read a book, all I did waswatching your videos,( just the subtitles and screen half dark )and It was so soothing. It took me more than a year to recover ( am at 40 % now). Just follow your heart. That seems easy but very often we almost dont know anymore what we really want. And you are not alone , never . If we ask for help a solution come on our path. You cannot fail if you see that there is al lesson in everything that happens to us.
