Just a small little helpful tip. When adding new food items (oatmeal, nuts, chia seeds, anything), I always empty the old product (the product left at the bottom of the container) before adding the new and fresh. That way you keep the new products fresh and use up the old 1st, not mixing it with the new over and over. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR THESE LOVELY VIDEOS❤❤

The taste and care you put into food is much more important than the looks. I hope you feed your soul with a small treat now and then. I really enjoy your videos.

Your life is not borring.I learn a lot about different cultures watching every day life. 😁😁 It was funny you said you were going to clean your kitchen and ended up cleaning your whole apartment. 😂😂 I know it happens because once your motor is running it's hard to stop. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thank you. It's amazing how a video from someone in another part of the world can touch another. Well, it's official, you're the first Filipina movie star I've ever known. Lol.

Your dinner was different to me. I have only rarely eaten tofu. It is available in almost all grocery stores here in Seattle, Washington (State) USA. There is a new grocery store about 4 blocks from me that specializes in Japanese foods. I have been exploring it! Your breakfast is similar to mine. I, too, enjoy oatmeal. I usually make the old fashioned kind you have to cook for 5 minutes. I like it with raisins and nuts. I also sometimes like cooked Grits, which is a special variety of ground corn and is from the southern US region. Thank you for your really interesting sharing. There is nothing boring about it! Your tofu and vegetables in rice paper looked delicious! No matter if it was torn. My mom used to fry tofu. She would press slices between paper towels and put a weight in top fir a rew minutes to press out a little of the water & moisture. It fried nicely in cornstarch. I love it with soy sauce and bonito flakes on top. 😃

Why are you adding coconut oil to oatmeal Lou, just wondering, just adding more fat and calories, have never seen that . I do fresh berries, chia seeds and cinnamon with unsweetened almond milk.
