"Don't look him in the eye!" in our ward, we joke about them being able to smell fear! I always think that its funny when your in Young women's, and your friend is conducting and calls on you for a prayer then just menacingly smiles at you.

I've discovered that going to Young Women's right after class and sitting in the front row isn't the best idea. I always use those minutes as a potty break. They can't ask you to do the thought/prayer/lead/theme if you're not there.

I Love these ones too!!! I actually told our missionaries the first one you listed when they ate dinner with us, and nobody laughed..... it was quiet and awkward but i thought it was hilarious!

Brianna Nicole A friend of ours who fairly frequently visits LDS meetings once asked me if apologizing in advance about how bad the talk was going to be was a "required part of the speech."

My ward is actually pretty good at volunteering when it comes to opening and closing prayers.
