    1. Finish what you begin. But how do we do it? We can do better by breaking our current task into smaller parts and executing those smaller parts. Thus we end up finishing what we started. When we finish sub-tasks, for every subtask we feel rewarded. If we do not break the task to subtasks, we may/may not finish what we started and end up ghosting the task. So, keep smaller goals and achieve them, then go for a higher one. Happy productivity!

Becoming a monk and doing business is the new swag. Be it any guru that you see today. It is business like any other. Humans have a tendency to follow people like gurus and mystic is just a fancy name to brand your marketing much better. If you get offended its your basic instinct of a human to follow a leader (guru here) is coming out. Don't let it. No one in this era of life has a key to living a healthy and successful life. No one. So no one is right and no one is fully wrong. Just dont follow a person thinking whatever they say will work for you. They dont know you. Take everything that is good in everyone and make it yours. Not just these businessmen.

@@nirbhay_raghav dear, yes there r self styled godmen who dupe ppl. But I think most people have this much 'wisodm' to know whether a guru belongs to asaram, ram rahim, nirmal baba kind of category. But they r free to follow whoever they want to depending upon their interests. As far as 'business' is concerned, why can't monks SELL (if that's where u think the problem is) their skills and knowledge? Afterall they do not get any special previleges in monetary terms, any tax exemptions, nothing. Moreover, people don't value what's for free!! And I think it's the noblest way of earning money.. by helping people. :)

@@DS-yz7ye The point is the very definition of a monk in any culture is far away from money or benifits. There was nor is any need for someone to be a monk just to sell their skills. Being a monk is not a profession. But I guess in the world we live today everything is.

Oh, I needed this. I was caring for my mother for two and a half years due to her ALS, she died last month and suddenly my schedule, which was a none stop ritual 7 days a week, came to a halt. I now wake up in the morning and cannot get up after 2 hours. I simply cannot, i feel glued, even if I have to go to the restroom or my body aches from lying down for too long. This is probably what I need, a good morning routine to give me that willpower to go to work without a rush. Thank you!

Wow, I’ve seen a few of his interviews and have been really impressed. This was so concise and insightful. Building willpower and finishing a task is like fishing. When you don’t finish a task it’s like cutting your line. Over time you’re training yourself to cut your line when a task becomes difficult or boring.

Will power is a) Finishing what you begin. b) do a little bit better than what you think you can and c) do it better than you can. Developing willpower is like a mental muscle. I develop will power to control where my awareness goes and this we do to control where my energy is flowing to have a complete control on what is manifesting in my life

Yes this really works. Thanks Dandapani. For explaining. It's very important for men to finish what you begin. 1. Increases will power. 2. Relief from stress. Men should avoid stress because stress decrease Testosterone in men.Completing your task has really good effects on your mind and body. Scientifically.

Dear Dandapani the quote about making your bed every morning " so you started your day with a win (and at night you come back to win and make sure you have a full circle of success) or you feel accomplished" is in Jim kwik training, and also admiral MC Raven speach.

He gave a practical solution. I think that Sadhguru will have some good advice, but he beats around the bush and I will have wasted my time and in the end I would have not gotten my answer. Instead of giving practical advice he'll rant about energy and tell to eat less and sleep less. Thanks a lot sir. You have helped me a lot by taking some time to put this video.

Where your awareness goes, your energey flows, & where your energy flows, you manifest that in your life. Practice concentration & focus so that you can control where your awareness is flowing & eventually what you manifest in your life. How to develop this willpower? By bringing back your focus on one thing, by finishing what you start, & doing better & more than what you expected. Do this throughout the day, every chance you get. Basically be aware of your awareness, so that you focus it on what is needed & not on distractions.
