4. Practice voluntary hardship
5. Practice dichotomy of control
6. Never play the victim
7. Practice delayed gratification
8. Ignore naysayers
9. Find wise people to emulate
10. Honestly review your day

@hex warp Mass migration to primarily white nations like the US and those in Europe. Western civilizations/societies that have been built over the last millennium or several centuries will be unrecognizable in 40 years maximum - if policy and migration continue the way they are currently. Examples of this can been seen in, but not limited to the US, Ireland, and Sweden. Whites Europeans in the US have gone from 90% of the population in 1960 to roughly 60% today - this is significant. Ireland has a population of 4.7 million and plans to accept 1 million migrants by 2040 - this is significant. Sweden has a population of 10 million and has offered asylum to 10 million Turkish Uighurs from China - this is significant. These migrants will out breed the native population rendering them minorities in their homelands thus changing the regions and cultures indefinitely. These native populations are being replaced right before our eyes. Saying that whites are native to North America/US isn't entirely factual but whites primarily built the US where as these replacing populations are inheriting western societies - being given to them by elites and politicians. "Focusing on these two striking and critical trends, the report examines in detail the case of eight low-fertility countries (France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, United Kingdom and United States) and two regions (Europe and the European Union). In each case, alternative scenarios for the period 1995-2050 are considered, highlighting the impact that various levels of immigration would have on population size and population ageing." - the UN www.un.org/press/en/2000/20000317.dev2234.doc.html

An uleashed dog feels it's a good idea to chase me at exactly THAT point! The smart thing would be to stop running, right, but, no, no, no, you won't, no excuses girlfriend, only when that mutt had snatched at my shirt, I felt I had no other option. Tbh, I doubt I was wise, maybe there can be such a thing as too much discipline too. I went up anyway, after I had finished nearly slapping the holder into the face . Well. ... :D

Most of us are exhausted after a few hours- with a few more hellish hot & heavy hours to go. & im 51 years old 😀 I use the painful hours as a way to reinforce my resolve. Theres no point in complaining. Theres no point in quitting. The only thing to pursue is moving & stacking the mattresses, bbq grills, generators, trampolines, bag of dog food & whatever else comes down the belt. Once you accept the pain, it gets easier. Its miserable work, but i dig it. & videos like these give me things to contemplate while working!

Everything comes down to self discipline, changing your body, making money, drug addictions. You're capable of so much so don't let those voices in your head keep you back. This is an honest opinion, but it also comes from a perspective that can be refined into a win. There is no need to cut up your card if u manage your charges&payments. It's a great tool if used properly. It will save u lots of money when buying a car or house. Without credit, or huge amounts of cash, you won't be buying a house. Or you will paying a significant higher amount than someone with good to excellent credit. Buy with your credit card then immediately pay that bill with your cash.

I just started reading The Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman this year. 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance, and the Art of Living. It was on the free list of my daily Bookbub e-mail and I thought what the heck. Now, this practice is showing up a lot on my computer. People tell me that I am a stoic person but I don't think they really understand what it means. To them, I guess it means that I don't show my emotions, but I learned a long time ago I can't control the world so I just live my life. The philosophers and their thinking is something I have never touched on before and I am finding all this very interesting. I am receiving so much new information and I know this is going to become a life-long study for me.

    1. Find your purpose or reason of doing a task. 2. Make a actionable plan for accomplishing the goal and you will whatever it takes to achieve that task. 3. What you avoid leads to thinking that particular task is overwhelming and overwhelming leads to Procrastinatio. When there is Procrastination, there js stagnation and when there js stagnation self discipline cannot exist. 4. You must show up everyday. 5. Self discipline is the act of showing up everyday consistently. It doesn't have to be perfect. 6. Make your life uncomfortable by doing small things everyday. 7. Make sure that there are random milestone when completing a long task. 8. Just witness what you have control over and what not. You will realize that mind is under control. You can observe it, give instructions, make clarity, ask questions, and you will find strength. 9. Never play the victim. Strength is in Responsibility 10. Don't listen to others. They don't know much about you. 11. Review your day - ask questions, look where you did good. 12. Forgive yourself

Getting mentors or coaches (wise people) to guide us on this journey is also very important Voluntary discomfort eg fasting, cold shower or early morning wake up can create mental toughness Critics will always be there - whether you do good, bad or nothing so ignore the naysayers and just do it. The list goes on. Thank you for always sharing value on your channel.

You have to restructure your notion of will. Willing yourself to do something doesn’t necessarily have to be something excruciating. If you keep your mind focused, truly focused, on a task before beginning it, it will be almost automatic when you actually do it. There’s nothing wrong with that. We have been conditioned into believing that overcoming difficulty is an accomplishment. It is sometimes, but not always.

I need you to understand self discipline is the main thing. It's the ultimate demon, it's the hardest thing to conquer because once done you can conquer ANYTHING. Everything comes down to self discipline, changing your body, making money, drug addictions. You're capable of so much so don't let those voices in your head keep you back. You deserve everything you want it just all comes down to discipline don't give up. Anyway I just made a video on all this and went in deep I would appreciate if you checked it out, thanks. 🙏

I watched this because I want to be more focused and disciplined myself, there's a lot of toxicity that comes with the current "grind mentality" and people not enjoying their life as it passes or losing their friends over that money/goal remember to find a balance friends :)

I’m an above average worker, but when I’m in charge to start one of my own projects, I procrastinate and put shit off, both my parents were hard workers, I’m ready to figure this out
