Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life!!

Same! Just graduated on Friday and couldn’t have made it without reminding myself constantly of Goggin’s words. I’ve always had a fear of failing in academics and him reminding me that my demons will ALWAYS find me, that you can’t run from them…it reinforced my decision that it was time to face those fears, to “face those motherfathers”…there was a lot of times of four letter words out of frustration, wanting to quit and throw in the towel, etc but I remember his words of finding myself in the suffering and the importance of becoming someone I would be proud of myself….graduated with honors and heading into graduate studies next month. Couldn’t have done it without this guy seriously. I know more bouts of four letter words, fears and doubts arising, etc are going to come but I just need to STAY HARD

Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

This is so timely. It's all about the conditioning of the mind. I worked in a school, that was one of the toughest schools in the city. It was difficult, coming from a school - from a privileged school, it was hard to adjust. The kids were angry, the teachers were angry, the administrators were indifferent. I would sit in my car for about 10 minutes before I could walk into the building some mornings. It wasn't until I conditioned my mind to accept were I was, and go in and do what I was hired to do. My entire school year changed, I went to work and laughed at things that should have made me cry. Conditioning your mind is the key.

I came to North America many years ago with just one $20 bill in my pocket. I was university educated and such. I met a woman when I was looking for a place to rent. So she gave me an advice to follow. “When you go to a new city ask where is the most expensive neighborhood and rent a place there. This will give you a motivation to keep up the same standard. If you go to a poor place nothing probably will change”. This was one of the best advices given to me in my life. Do not surround yourself with people that will pull you down and with people that you can not learn anything from them.

I'm not there yet after an accident in 2015 . Chronic Pain that goes on for years, every day..every day...it changes you, it changes your life. It is only in the last few years that I have stated to just accept that Im a shadow of the person I used to be. The time before there, tried in every way to prove my surgeon wrong. I must confess, I will not take all the medications they want to prescribe.

These were actually the most eye opening 10 minutes of my life. I’m preparing for police academy and I’m not a runner. Now I understand the mentality that I need to develop. When my mind says “that’s it, you did good but that’s all we can do today”, I will force it to keep going. Not going to let my mind control my body. You will never understand the impact your video just made in my life. All I can say is thank you.

That is not the way to live. They want you to wear yourself out, to be beaten and broken down. When your heart and your brain say to stop then you stop. You don’t over exert yourself. That is not the mentality they should be teaching. Take the breaks you need. Life is not about pushing harder and harder and overworking yourself. Life is actually about slowing down, listening to your heart and soul and caring about life, about growing things. You need to slow down and take a look at life, not speed up like that because then you will miss all these important things you need to see from existence. Don’t work too hard.

Derick Nhamuche that’s why you follow your heart in addition to listening to your brain. The heart knows what’s best. It knows what you truly want and need deep down. When your brain lies to you like that, your heart knows it’s lying and that’s why you are asking this question to me right now, because your heart knows deep down that your brain lies sometimes. If you feel that you need to push further and it’s what you want, there’s nothing wrong with that at all. Just don’t be too lazy and don’t over exert yourself. It goes both ways 🙃

Man I remember 2 years ago I started watching goggins, oct 2020. I was a sophomore in high school and i was about 215. I started watching him and lost about 60 pounds in 6 months. I was so proud of myself. I set the goal to become a US Marine. I shipped June 6th 2022 and I graduated august 26th. I’m a Marine now awaiting training in MOS school, but I feel lost again. I don’t feel motivated. I’m depressed. I don’t have a goal like I used to. And I’m trying to find trying to find that spark again to fuel the fire. But I feel lost again like when I was overweight. Accomplishing that goal gave me so much purpose and now I’m trying to find my purpose again. But I’m stuggling to find it. update: I found it again. I’m doing well. Keep pushing.
