Upon reading Brian Tracy's masterpieces on self-discipline, I was literally transported to a new world. I could see my life transformed, my goals achieved, and my dreams realized.
I agree with most of this EXCEPT the part that says to work harder and longer. I agree if it’s for your own company and/or it’s benefiting you personally to work extra hours and extra hard, but if it’s not, don’t do it. It’s never worth killing yourself for someone else’s gain. Do your job well and go home and be with your family.

Anytime you are doing something you don’t enjoy you are killing your self wether you own the company or are working for someone else. And if you enjoy it wether it’s your company or not, well you know the rest. 👌🏼
This man shattered my limiting beliefs and made me believe in myself when I was 19 years old. People doubted me and thought I was full of sh^t for trying to explain that anyone can achieve wealth and other great things. Thank you Brian for coming into my life as a positive male role model in my life when I was a teenager.

This really helped me and made me think differently about things and actually taking time to acknowledge things it’s just take your time to think your goals out 💯✨
This was on point and very much needed 👏🏿 ✊🏿
Im 6 minutes in at the start of the video and he just makes sense to me.. no matter what, we HAVE to decide to do whats outside our comfort zone and whats hard and good for us.. to develop a new habit within 21 days.. So just take 21 days to decide only for whats good for your future and do it..Hopefully it works out. Thanks for the video and thanks Dr Brian.
I respect you Tracy you are a legend

Really, discipline is key of success.
Awesome.
Usefull information
Good information for improving myself
*How to Think Clearly:* *1.) SOLITUDE* At least 25 minutes if solitude. An hour if you can. Like magical, the solution to your problems will just come to you. *2.) THINK ON PAPER.* Write out the problem, the concerns, the frustrations, the costs, everyone involved. Just write it all down. Between the head and the hand, sometimes it becomes CLEAR what to do but we couldn't have triggered that subconscious solution if we hadn't taken the time to think on paper. *3.) TALK IT OVER.* Share your problem with a friend. Have them ask what they think about the situation. Sometimes you can get a new perspective you wouldn't have otherwise gotten. *4.) ASSUMPTIONS.* What are all my assumptions about this situation? What if all my assumptions we wrong? Then what would I do? *5.) BE OPEN.* Open your mind up to doing something completely different. This opens your mind and perspective to see all kinds of possibilities that I couldn't see before.
Great ❤

Work 1h early, 1h late, 1h read for job, don't rest. This bs is depression material, there's a reason business owners work more, they get direct access to cash for that big black hole you put in your life, but for everyone else i see dead dreams and depression. He said wake up at 5am, i ask, at what hour should you then go to sleep?
@rootsoriginal415

How is this depressing. People who dont try at all seem to be the most depressed. Sleep from 11 - 5. How much sleep do you need?

I was just coming to comment this as soon as I heard it. Sounds like a miserable existence. Man said don't even go out for lunch. Eat it quick at your desk and back to work. LMAO tf kinda bs advice is that?

I sleep from 10-430 on a daily basis, weekends included. Best decision I have EVER made. In the last year it feels like I've 10x'd my life. My relationship with my wife and children have improved drastically, I've been promoted at work. I'm a strength athlete and have shot past my goals. Waking up early isn't EVERYTHING but it's a huge step. It gives you the time to think critically, plan and prepare. Work on things for yourself with no distractions, the benefits seem endless.

I disagree. Its sound advice. Its part of work ethic. Be sure to get paid but yes come in a little early and leave later. Do extra work when possible. You might be suprised at the opportunities that will be presented to you.
@DavidFIsaias

You simply don’t have very much ambition if working harder sounds depressing. Those 2.5 extra hours of work aren’t your employer they’re for you.
Hi, Brad. I'm working. What do you want? Nice weather we're having. Take a hike. hahahaha
Quite intelligent monologue. The only place we have improved upon is diet- salt is a vital mineral, which should be consumed according to our needs, not completely ignored. Amazing that people knew flour and sugar was poison so long 🤝🤝 Sadly knowledge does not always translate to desirable actions =[
Wow
I needed to hear this because I failed my road test twice and spent over $1000 of my own money for driving lessons. I really want yo give up because who wants to keep spending money on it? Lol, I wish I had family/friends to help but I don’t. If I want to get my license I have to keep spending money on it no matter how much I want to give up.

Get out of debt . I used to dread seeing those window envelopes with my credit card bill inside . Change of Thinking from making a PAYMENT to these companies to Making an INVESTMENT that will PAY me an annual return of 18 - 26% . Quite a difference in attitude , dude !
Good evening sir.
Great Video but Points about working extra and overtime/skipping lunch make the most sense for entrepreneurs and for companies that deserve it, where you are paid fairly etc.. You have to find a balance because if you drop down and die companies replace you the following day.

16:20 This article is really helpful and inspiring. It has helped me understand the importance of self-discipline and provided me with effective methods to train myself. However, the content I found is not deep and will be difficult to apply to all subjects.
It’s really amazing, but when should we go to sleep?
I start today MK. 28/02/24. I have 80,000 euros on my bank by the end of 2024
I am taking a lot from this which I will comment but I just wanted to ask regarding “white food” which I don’t really eat except for fish and seafood which I love.
