Mark was a top 20 competitor in strongman in his earlier days but was close to 50 at the time which was some feat. We both agree he's a great strongman and person but like everyone, past his best now... after all, he is 55 years old and amazing for his age...!

I met him in an event few years back. One of the nicest guys on the planet. A gentle giant if I might add. He was kind enough to take pictures even in his busy schedule. While leaving, I shook his hand. Now I have one hand.

I’ve only met and shaken the hands of three men in my life so far who have totally crushed mine and who have all done amazing things with their strength and all have been humble as well so I salute every person with at least those two qualities. I’ve always been impressed by people with such insane grip strength. Mark Felix has always been such an inspiration for me, not just for his grip strength or his other accomplishments in strong man but his longevity in strength sports. It’s inspirational to see that age is just a number that we don’t have to get weak as we get older, we can still be strong and accomplish our goals 💪

He possesses that "Old Man Strength" sheesh! Side Note: If this man decides to open up an apple sauce business he can literally say that it's "hand made"

Hand and wrist strength is the most important in arm wrestling and Mark has exceptional genetics (and his arm/back is very strong too obviously). All he needs is technique and tendon strength developed from years of practice.

I've seen the frying pan roll-up a few times. Never have I seen it done that easily. To put it in perspective, I saw Eddie Hall do it on a news show. He rolled it up a little, then paused, rolled it a little more, paused again and continued like that till he rolled up the whole thing. This man just rolled up the pan like it was a piece of bread. I wonder how he shakes people's hands without having to send them to the hospital.

I love seeing people do completely random feats of strength and making it seem so easy, to the point you go I can definitely do that.

He looks like a gentle giant! Amazing power. Being only 5 foot 4 inches tall, I find these feats of strength absolutely stunning.

The true inspiration of ANY sports competition! The man is over 50 and what ever he tackles, he's still dominating it. Thank you, THE LEGENDARY MARK FELIX!!!

Legend has it, fist bump was invented after a handshake with this guy.

What they did was is they cut the top of the apple where the stem is in draw a hole in it and then stuck it back on top and gave him essentially a semi hollow apple

If this God would heal me why won't he heal everyone else that was before me. Why are there people dying in Ukraine right now? And for those that got injured and lost their lives, why didn't he heal them?............. That's what I thought 😕

@@scarcityshanks everything happens for a reason. Our job is to trust Him, you can complain all you want about them but what are you doing to help them ? And you should just be grateful that it’s not you. You’re not them. God does everything for a reason. We may not understand it. But God has His eye on EVERYTHING. Jesus Christ Is Lord. Stop playing the victim and stop using the same excuse everyone uses.

Danny Hodge walked around doing this right and left at wrestling tournaments when I was a kid. He was in his 60s. Strongest man I've ever seen.

Man he rolled that pan faster than Snoop rolls a joint 🤣 Mr. Felix you a bad young man!!

Man could theoretically make your fingers explode during a handshake.

It took Brian Shaw, Eddie Hall, Robert Oberst, and Nick Best a much longer time to do that. Felix literally did that in 5 seconds with next to no effort!

Felix is a true Superman. He'll be 56 yrs young in April 2022 and he is still able to do superhuman feats of strength. A real down to earth gentleman as well. What a guy! Respect!

Mark is just amazing, hard working and humble. If you can be anything, Be more Mark.

I think this events are silly but are necessary to broaden the audience and the appeal of the strongmen. They make their strength more evident and relatable to everyday thing everyone is confronted with in comparison to like how much can you deadlift or how quickly can you move and anvil. Like how much does and anvil weight or how hard is a deadlift with X pounds?

Imagine shaking that dudes hand at a job interview

Mark Felix doesn’t get the credit he deserves He has legit qualified for wsm 20 years in row, has crazy grip strengh , over 50 years old, and has always been consistent . He is one the strongest people to ever live
