I really like the ten tap program feature. My pet peeve with most flashlights is when they make them cycle through different modes. It's very annoying when i just want one mode. That's a big reason streamlight is my favorite brand

I have the Stream light pocket mate on the USB port there is a rubber insert that I lost how do I get a replacement thank you sir love your lights

I like the 1L-1AA but I think its time for an upgrade. It should run also on a 16340 and 14500 battery. A high with 500-600lumens would be great also. The thread on the tailcap is quite short and flimsy. I was afraid to wreck it one day. I sold it to someone else.

FYI Has to have fresh batteries to program.

SWEET.. turning off strobe is a great feature

Why 10 taps? Why not 5? Seems silly to have to tap it 10 times.

Sorry, but this doesn't work for my ultra stinger led nor my HL-5X. Will not go off odf the factory default h,m,l (ultra stinger led) . Recently bought the ProTac HL 5-X and it will not program off the high only (blinding) occasionally goes to strobe. Called customer support and they told me to make sure my batteries are fully charger and it should program fine after that. Also told me that my ultrastinger led is not 10 tap programable (despite the fact that it is literally written on the fashlight below the switch). Batteries are fully charged on both and still the programming doesn't function properly. Customer support definitely not as bright as these flashlights :-) Tap 10 programming is garbage.

why, Why, WHY don't you put this info in your instruction sheets found on your website? The video was useful, and I give it a score of 7.5 out of 10 I'm deducting 1/2 a point for the stoopid name "TEN-TAP" and 2 whole points for Justine's ridicules haircut I had to see. Instruction sheet downloaded from your website was less than useful so I'm giving that a negative 5 (-5) points for a bad layout (you committed the unforgivable sin of putting it in a pamphlet format with 2 pages per sheet) and, AND a serious lack of information. So total points awarded 2.5 and just so you know, the name "TEN'TAP" would have been less silly if you would have explained it in the instructions.
