    If you ever see Jerry in a diner, be sure to order like this in a loud voice, "Waitress, as former bodybuilder an expert in nutrition, I'll have an egg-white omelet. Toss those yokes away." So the whole room can hear it. See what happens. ;)

    I must eliminate carbs mostly in order to lose weight, regardless of calories, my weight gain skyrockets with carbs..

    , @Austin it's insane due to if I introduce a minimal amount of carbs I blow up, very frustrating regardless of the calorie counting, ty 4 the heads up

    A modern pro bodybuilder diet is basically heavy in animal meat and starchy carbs, while fruits and vegetables are cut to a bare minimum or totally omitted. Example of typical modern pro bodybuilding diet: Meal 1. 10 egg whites. 1 cup oatmeal Meal 2. 8 oz chicken breast. 2 cups white rice Meal 3. 8 oz chicken breast. 2 cups white rice Meal 4. 12 oz sirloin steak. Large baked potato Meal 5. 8 oz chicken breast. 2 cups white rice Meal 6. 10 oz bison. Large sweet potato Meal 7. 10 oz tilapia. Large green salad

    @@glennbishopbishthemagish I didn't forget. Anything that involves modern pro bodybuilders automatically includes steroids, HGH, insulin, and site enhancement oils. It goes without saying 😉

    Studies regarding dietary fiber and the microbiome only include people who are eating carbohydrates. The microbiome of carnivores are different than those who regularly eat carbs. There are no studies on fiber's relation to Carnivore microbiome's. And nutritionally, you can get everything you need from the carnivore diet. Just add salt. Vitamin C comes in eggs and organs and you dont need near as much because the nutrient minics the carbohydrate molecule and thus is not as easily absorbed when carbs are consumed. Many other nutrients I've seen listed, such as flavanoids, are non essential for a functioning body.

    What's your opinion on the 36 eggs a day diet? Golden Era Bookworm made an interesting video where he covers how eating 36 eggs could possibly increase testosterone.

    There is no one diet that fits all, every body is different. Some people tolerate carbs and some people don’t etc etc etc. Maybe the best diet is a combination of them all lol, eat healthy foods, variety, no processed, minimal sugar. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I did the carnivore diet for a while, with a side of fries and a vanilla shake an a little hot apple pie.

    Any diet is better than the typical bb diet of chicken breast,egg white, tuna, rice diet. Just awful . Eat like the old bb did with eggs, steak, cottage cheese, salads, protein drinks with cream, avocados.. then once or twice a week indulge in high carb foods

    I used to take Met-RX. It had a bit more than 40 g of protein. It was casein protein, I think. I noticed that whenever I supplemented my meals with Met-RX packet, I'd gain a slight bit of strength at my next visit to the gym. That is when I realized that protein powder works!
