You're 100% right about the trolls. Mike Tyson said" Social media has made people comfortable with disrespecting people and not getting punched in the face for it." Love your content.

It really does boil down to personal preference but I never really understood how people can just wake up and go weight train at 5am lol. Feel like, imo, late afternoon early even (4-6pm) is the best time. Gives me time to relax in the late evening and I'm fully functional by the time I hit the gym.

I love this guy's videos. He shares real knowledge and experience. There is no '"broscience". These videos remind me of when I was a young man old men would teach me how to do things the right way.

@@christianamezquita87 I like Jerry's info, but he makes every video 30 minutes. I've suggested that he make his video's shorter and it would lead him to more subscribers and likes, but he doesn't listen to me.

What an incredible reflection from what times a person extremely intends and gleans to work out. Personally, anytime is a good time for me any-time Slayer. But many prefer Morning to avoid spammers or them on imaginary scale running on an horizontal escalator.

It is recommended for Olympic athletes to wait at least four hours after waking up. The science is that the body needs to adapt to the awakened state for a while before putting it through extraneous physical activity. Granted this is for elite athletes red lining but something to consider

Absolute best time fore to train is after a full day of work. Eating moving drinking fluids etc... all day. When I get to the gym I'm fueled awake warmed up lubed up etc... Mind you I don't have a very physical job

I'm going to troll Mr Brainum now, 1 MILLION DOLLARS for Bruno! Hah! hehe, obviously I am kidding. In the early 80s my whole room was covered with images of all the dudes in the magazines, a couple of Guns'n'Roses maybe, and I read tons of magazines and Mr Brainum's articles, from my pocket money, early 80's. These trolls are not Gen X, they are little wipers mainly from Millennial and maybe also Gen Z, no offence, but little bed wetters. Pay no attention to them, sir. Bless you. 🙏
