Wow, gave you a big thumbs up for this one. Tile that goes up to the ceiling and windows in both bathrooms plus a sink in the laundry room. And cabinets and a sink on the back patio is like the cherry on top. Great find for the price!

Let's not forget a nice and clean and well finished garage. I've seen places in the $1.5 million range up for sale with a new but not cared for dirty unfinished concrete. Paint spills and ground in dirt and it was the buyers problem.

La casa está muy bonita, lo único que no me gusto fueron las ventanas en los baños, están a la altura del torso y eso se ve desde afuera, no habría privacidad a la hora de bañarse.
