I remember all the non HOA neighborhoods that sprung up around Ocala in the early 2000s. All of them had nice houses. Now the same neighborhoods are full of undesirables and everything is ran down. It's something about the type of people who want to live in a uncontrolled neighborhood.

Hi. What areas in Ocala are in bad shape? I do most of my business in Marion Oaks and it’s definitely up and coming with great homes.

I hate bathrooms without windows. Ranger does not range out.

Just not right in the shower! That's undesirable and stupid.

Disappointment there is no windows in the bathrooms. I love Windows in my bathroom. It must have windows in my bathroom.

Not a huge fan of OTR's. I would rather have a hood. Did the builder take a shortcut and not vent the OTR? I don't see a duct.

Nice house. Affordable. The only problem is that Ocala is one of the most boring places in the country for young people. There is also a lack of employment for young people. The home is fabulous though.

I hear you. Personally I’ve always wanted to be in or live very close to a city. I lived in LA for 11yrs and before that NY. But I’ve met young couples that want to buy their first home and are very happy in Marion Oaks.

It should be against the law for houses to have 4 bedrooms and only 2 bathrooms 😂😂😂. If a house has 4Bds it should 3Ba or 4 nothing less

Cheap built, cutting corners and scrimping on a number of things while trying to make it look more than what it is. Not sure if I saw a Goodman air handler but that would be the last nail in the coffin for me.

@@SirD1 I worked on many over the years and they’re used as the cheap(er) option but that doesn’t mean that they don’t work, for a while at least. Now that Goodman is owned by Daikin they might have put some effort into getting less crappy product but personally I’d rather get a Carrier (Payne, Bryant, Comfortmaker) or Trane (American Standard) than those. No good answer here as too many things can go wrong from the manufacturer to the installation and usage so it’s up to you.

@@brian2100 It’s an hour and 20 minutes away from the Tampa airport. Also it’s connected to public water and it has a septic tank.

What's up with the ugly, lots of glass, front doors? No privacy, who wants people being able to see right in your house, especially at night? Unsafe too.

@@hipopotamus2625 Let me shut you down real quick.... First of all, I do live in central Florida, not Ocala. In broad daylight when I wasn't home, someone busted out the glass on my rear French doors. Thank God I have a security system. Glass everywhere! Now, I keep hurricane shutters over them that are closed and locked at all times. Besides people being able to see right into your home, even from the road, living in a glass house isn't safe. But if you're into that, why not have your entire house made of glass so everyone can see you and the burglars will love it! I do love FL houses, but they do some stupid things. Having a window right in the shower is dumb too. In my second bathroom, on a sunny day, you need sunglasses to take a shower because the sun is blinding you while you're trying to shower!

Sorry but it’s not a house unless it has windows in the bathrooms you feel locked in without Windows. Please let your builders know to build houses with the windows in the bathroom especially you’ve got toilets in there. You wanna let the smell out and everything like that, so please Windows in the bathroom, please.

Just stop with the "luxury" vinyl flooring. It's not Luxury. It's vinyl. Luxury today means real hardwood floors. Nice tile throughout etc. Plastic "contractor flooring sold bulk" isn't luxury. LAKESHORE LIRA INVESTMENTS CORPORATION is the builder...it's an investment corp... Never buy from any builder with a generic "Investment" name. It's one contractor with 50 day workers slapping the house together in 3 months. They are almost always lesser quality than even DR Horton garbage. Just my opinion. YMMV but I'd give you 150k for this place. TOPS.
