  Id rather two bigger bedrooms in order to accommodate space for a dining table. Seems really inconvenient to have to eat at the kitchen island.

  @@danbiss87 when I filmed the property I looked for an area to place a dining table and there is space but it would have to be a smaller table and limited living room furniture. But it’s possible.

  Sorry but it’s not a house unless it has windows in the bathrooms you feel locked in without Windows. Please let your builders know to build houses with the windows in the bathroom especially you’ve got toilets in there. You wanna let the smell out and everything like that, so please Windows in the bathroom, please.

  Can’t argue that, the builder pointed out that his roofs will last longer than a shingled roof as it is the same design and built the way commercial roofs are built.

  There was one linen closet next to the first bedroom. I know this builder tweaks and changes a few things each time they build this home. I hope to see a pantry in their homes in their upcoming builds.

  Okay looking house but for the Ocala area, the price is 100k to much because there is no jobs in the immediate area to support paying that kind of money you are paying for the house. Most good jobs are about 1-2 hours away -one way- IF AND THATS A BIG IF, you get lucky. Now if it was 198k it would be somewhat do-able, but that's only for some people who don't mind job hunting two times a year and learning new skills. I like the nature Parks, but how many times is someone gonna visit the same parks. Its not much to do if you are from a big city, so most people commute way outside the area to have fun on a weekly basis, so make sure you have a good reliable car and like 4-8 hours of travel time cause traffic is crazy on the weekends. Your are gonna need a change of mind set ,if you plan on living in the Ocala area.

  builder is kinda clueless, right now a house like this would go for maximum $280K, just because he put some high end stuff like a tap on top of the stove and some fancy faucet doesn't make it a $320K home.

  nice home - who is the builder and can you list dimensions of the rooms? Also noticed none of the bathrooms have a linen closet - so looks like no linen closets in the entire home - how could the builder not think of those - its a necessity?

  Frecia Homes is the builder Primary 14x14 1st bedroom 10x10 2nd bedroom 11x10 3rd bedroom 10x11 No linen closets. Probably the biggest downside to this gorgeous home.

  Looking for a home in Ocala around $250,000 to $278,000. I don't see that many, but if you do a video on one such home, I would love to see that. Looking to move to Ocala in the next 3-5 years. I know I'm getting ahead of myself, but the early bird gets the new house. 😆

  The tile in the house is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen, bedrooms, backyard, and master closet had me. The one turn off is carpets in the bedrooms.

  @@_wilfredomedina_ I watch a lot of videos from Ocala in Marion Oaks but they don't build like that and you can see the quality he put in the home the only difference I would have loved carpet in the bedrooms everything is perfect

  That’s a lot of money for no land Tiny garage and no pool More expensive down there than western Ma. Wanted to retire down there cause all of my wife’s family is there We lived there 16 years and I couldn’t take it anymore so moved back to Ma Can retire now but greedy people ruined the whole state So over populated and massively overpriced and crime and drugs are everywhere Think I’ll stay put for awhile

  Just stop with the "luxury" vinyl flooring. It's not Luxury. It's vinyl. Luxury today means real hardwood floors. Nice tile throughout etc. Plastic "contractor flooring sold bulk" isn't luxury. LAKESHORE LIRA INVESTMENTS CORPORATION is the builder...it's an investment corp... Never buy from any builder with a generic "Investment" name. It's one contractor with 50 day workers slapping the house together in 3 months. They are almost always lesser quality than even DR Horton garbage. Just my opinion. YMMV but I'd give you 150k for this place. TOPS.

  The black roof might indeed make the house warmer, I’m not a contractor but it makes sense. My thought on that is maybe the insulation combats that and it makes it so the black roof isn’t an issue. 🤷🏽‍♂️

  Another builder has a nice house but over a acre of land for 348k Doesn’t matter all these houses are so marked up all over the country Florida construction is terrible anyway Not that much more expensive up here in Ma Home owners insurance is way cheaper Florida is out of control and garbage construction

  @@_wilfredomedina_ I lived in Florida since 1988 to 03 and couldn’t stand the job market so I went back home Got a job with a pension and can retire now My wife’s family wants us to move back but seriously it’s the same as living up here Property tax might be a little cheaper but home owners insurance is insane Granted I hate the cold weather but things have changed down there Have to be rich basically

  @@user-hn2gi7tm4v There are certain cities where the homeowners insurance is high. We can definitely agree on that! I concentrate in central Florida. And within central Florida I concentrate in Ocala where homeowners insurance is the most affordable. I’ve seen quotes as little as $700 for the year.

  House looks awesome Big question Why in the world would you have a black roof in Florida These colors are common up north cause of snow I would never have a black roof in Florida Heat radiates and your ac bill will cost a fortune New builder so maybe not thinking about the Florida sun Need a silver roof to reflect sun not a black roof to absorb heat Florida is hot enough Definitely wouldn’t buy this house
