I pointed that out to the builder, his response was they’ll throw one in and put it on the counter. 😂
builder is kinda clueless, right now a house like this would go for maximum $280K, just because he put some high end stuff like a tap on top of the stove and some fancy faucet doesn't make it a $320K home.

$220,000 gets a house with a one car garage, on an unpaved road and not the greatest materials/finishes.

@@jeffsteven8613 That's the spirit. Don't think it'll go down to 220k though, I'd say a great price would be 250k.
