Good call! For this home the taxes are about 1.5% of the assessed value

Great presentation. Love the home but i do see one item missing and that is the soaker tub in the master. But beautiful home

I am from the east coast and future customer I want to provide some insight on your presentation. It was solid. I would like to offer some advise lose the glasses or upgrade them to black frames, wear a two piece short pant suit with modern white short pearls and wrap you hair in a bun and wear sandals that will showcase your professionalism as a realtor and still gives the optics of that florida life style Have a bless day as a fellow Latino.

Ok house, no fenced in yard, sloped backyard, not that deep of a backyard, and water behind the house. Plus will an insurance company insure it and at what price? Insurance companies are fleeing Florida and the State insurance program is expensive. Also, no HOA great I have seen Florida neighborhoods with out HOAs this will be a disaster years down the line with people doing whatever they want in their yard with no enforcement to make them fix it.

Hello. Thank you for watching! You have the option to fence the house in if you would like. Typically your new homes do not have fences. This home did not have a big lot but they do have the home one other lots where you get really nice yards. There is a house and a lot to the back of the home no water. Yes they will insure the home. Every home has to be insured before closing and in this area they are very affordable 😊 This area does not have an HOA but you do have deed restrictions and each area anywhere in Florida will have it's zoning rules. It it a really nice, calm and clean area. We do also have. homes with an HOA if you prefer that.

Nice house ! I know now in Florida insurance is a problem so do you know what we could expect to pay for wind and flood insurance? Thank you !

Hi. So insurance prices depend on the area and also the home. The insurance in this area is not expensive and we are also not in a flood zone. I do work with insurance brokers to try and find the best prices. Thank you for watching 🙂

Beautiful home! Too much house for someone like me though. I prefer condos because depending what building it’s in, there is less to worry about. If it’s a nice building, there’s entrance security and randos aren’t wondering around looking into your windows or breaking in while you’re at work. Also, when in a condo, the roof repairs are usually taken care of by the HOA. Usually in nicer condos, you don’t really need to worry about bugs getting in from outside. The last home I lived in, was on the first floor and even after extensive repairs (several new walls, freshly painted interior, brand new kitchen that I installed) no furniture or personal belongings, and zero food inside for months, the bugs just kept getting in. Scorpions, Roaches you name it. And I had an exterminator spray every single month for over a year! Useless. Houses would be an even worse headache.

You never pay for a condo tho,because you will always have an HOA and some condo are hard to sell because of this.....condo are for in my opinion a temporary stay ijs

GREAT HOME FOR 320 GRAND BUT I ALREADY KNOW THE PROBLEM ONCE U GET TO OCALA, LOOKING TO BUY, HERE'S WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN, "WE JUST SOLD THAT HOME" BUT WE HAVE ONE EXACTLY LIKE IT FOR 600 GRAND.

That would not be the case with me. This home they do have it available in different lots and they are all same price. It's all just a matter of which lot you like best but the price does not change.

My least favorite house, do not like that the primary suite is right in between the dining room & kitchen. Right in the centrally located area where everyone gathers the heart of the home. So no privacy for the King & Queen whenever my husband is having his sport bash or whenever I have ladies game night, the lack of privacy for the primary is disrespectful! 😂😂😂😂

wow the home feels like a lot of rectangles put together. It feels like a big apartment. $320K... wow. it is what is...No tub in the master too. With one window in the master bedroom. Pretty sad.

These homes are actually not in a flood zone and thankfully does not get hit by hurricanes only rain from the outskirts and even then. We never know :)
