  Nice layout, only fault is it sure looked like you were standing on the septic system in the back yard. Might be an issue to install a pool or a large cost to move it.

  So the septic was actually in front but for some reason they left the hill in the back. The home in itself is so beautiful and spacious. Great distribution

  Yes this is a spec home builder not custom. There aren't too many custom builders that have affordable prices or homes to record but I like that you have the capability to make it your own after closing without having to spend a pretty penny :)
