Very nice..extra details over the cookie cutter builders. I'd love to see what this builder could do for $450k Is it only me, but I really dislike the microwaves over the stove. I want a dedicated hood vent to the outside and not the mw. Type. Great home Wendoly . Great easy going production 👏

Hi James! They did. I like when the small builders make homes where they focus on things that you would not typically see. In one of my previous videos the builder did a water filler in the kitchen and the home was well built. That is what I like to show. I can see if they have homes around that price and also in what areas they are building them. I have 2 homes coming out soon with the hood vents 😊 Thank you! I appreciate the feedback and support 🙂

who is the builder? Is this home customizable. I would like a bigger living room area, also bathroom tiling up to the ceiling and another garage and bedroom added.

The house is beautiful that house is not no 2,229 sq ft you can look at it and see it ain't that big yes the rooms are spacious but the living room and the kitchen is very small wow the price

All listings say that. Maybe they are counting the garage or total pad space.

Hi James. I actually always state the living area I do not say total area which would include the garage and pad space. I try to add both in my description so everyone can see. :)

The price of this home is now $335,000. With the original price I personally thought it was too high for the area but now it has been lowered. 😊 This is why running comps and negotiation can come into play because the price they were asking originally was too high.

You heard correctly! They have already pre set everything up for those who choose to put a pool 😊 it is still available indeed. It’s a different lot but same home with same features
