Fantastic!! Big, spacey, paint is good. Doesn't look "builders grade" or what I call "Rental Reno Grade". Actually looks like there was some sort of thought to the home not slapped together and patched. I bet you already on a buyer signing right now straight to title office for closing! It’s a pretty spacious home for it being a private builder. They have different colors this is just their model but definitely a nice house! 😊

It’s a really comfortable home for sure!

I like this one! I do kind of wish it was larger in size. A bit over 1500 ft seems small. I love the gray and the front entrance. I was surprised that they epoxied the garage 😮. Do I assume the septic is in the front yard? Would really love to see a pool on this property 😊. Thanks for the terrific video Wendoly ❤

4:20 Is this on a busy road ? dump trucks and cars travelling. Too much noise ? Garbage disposal with a septic tank ? Is that up to code? And we prefer knobs on doors, pulls on drawers.

This is on a primary road here in Marion Oaks but it is not a crazy busy road. This however, is their model. So the actual home would be in a different area. There is not too much noise in the area. A septic tank is in majority of the lots here in MO. I can agree with that 😊 thank you for watching!

Hi Glendy! They do build different floor plans that look similar and I believe they do have a 4 bedroom version.

Please tell me the name of the builder and model name. also please tell me the dimensions of the bedroom as they are not mentioned in the description below. I also want to mention that the tiles in the baths and laundry room are hideous and a deal breaker for me!

Can you put up a fence 54 in tall 3 rail type I know there is setbacks etc

Yes! You are able to put up to 6 feet and if you want higher you have to get permit approval. As far as type goes, you are able to put up whatever type you would like. 😊

It looks to me that the microwave blows the air back to the inside instead of venting to the outside of the house when in use. Do you know if that's the case? Frying fish and having the fan blow the air back in you would end up with a very smelly house.

Is the water from the city, with a sewer system or is it well water with septic tank?

Ocala has like sports teams you can join outside of being in school, the downtown does have some nightlife, there’s definitely a lot of springs for kayaking/paddle boarding, swimming, boating and I feel like if they were to meet people you would be able to do so much! The drive to Orlando, Tampa, Gainesville isn’t too bad say if they wanted to go to like Sea World, Universal, Busch Gardens.
