@@Maryerealtor Absolutely. I love the wall colors and those extra wide windows. Even the garage door opener is a quality unit. The property is spacious without being a tedious maintenance issue. Enough to be tranquil but easily maintained. The master shower and bath is beautiful for this price range. You stepped it up Marye 😊 5 ⭐⭐

Sadly what is considered as Upgrades in these Florida homes, are standard even basic in places like Georgia and Texas. None of theses homes have a Master Retreat, or even a mud room.

Where's the brick? For 450 - 500k

The house is nice. I love the size of the property. The dogs would love it too 😍. What kills it for me is the stackable washer and dryer in the laundry room, the soaker tub in the master bathroom 🤢, and wire shelving, especially in the pantry. Our personal preference is a jacuzzi tub and the regular layout of s laundry room. So what's with the wire shelving anyway lol! Is it too expensive to put in custom shelving like California Closets?? Thank you for the video 😊 I forgot to ask. Can you install a pool in that back area?? It doesn't look level 🤔

@@gsp064 in some areas of Ocala they don’t have even public connections, this area particularly doesn't have public water, it is well water and a septic tank

Yes, you absolutely can do that

If this home is on a well and septic tank, as far as I'm concerned, it's worthless because it would be an extra expense for the buyer. I believe that as many new homes being built, the city of Ocala would have public water and sewer.

Hello Jeffer. Well water shouldn’t be a problem, in fact, you don’t have to pay the water bill. Now septic is pretty common here in FL. There are houses even in the city with septic. I don’t know where you coming but here in FL is often like that

It's true about the water bill, but it does take a lot of electricity to run the well pump. And as far as the septic tank, I've heard it has to be pumped out at least once a year. I can only imagine what that would cost.@@Maryerealtor
