    Thank you for the tips since my traps are bigger in respect to my other muscles. My back looks hunched, my thumbs are inward, and I can’t put my arms straight up. I should work on lat development to counteract my traps correct?

    @Fanhous the lats also internally rotatate the shoulder, which would make the problem worse. You want to spend some time strengthening your lower traps, rhomboids, and external rotators while foam rolling and stretching your traps, pecs, and lats. You can still train the tight muscles, just make sure you're doing exercises that really lengthen/stretch them, like deadhang pull ups for your lats or deep dips to open up your pecs.
