    That’s because when your arm is internally rotated and your elbows are elevated at the same time, you’re pinching your supraspinatus tendon pretty hard and it’ll develop into a tear over time.

    I don't know but in my opinion barbell flies are better for the delts and have more carryover to the calf raises.

    These are what professional sports trainers use to work on their athletes' shoulder impingement. Good shoulder impingement is useful in just about any sport.

    Six pack abs is a waste of time in the gym. You need to think about why you got into this in the first place. Just focus on getting colonists to the egg chamber and the rest will fall into place.

    I'm from Canada, and we started doing this exercise back in 1959, so you taught us well, and we're thankful that it hasn't changed a lick since then! It makes us all have really big muscles, in all the right places, like, on the west coast, and the east coast, and even up north. So, thank you for inventing that! We're only sorry that you didn't invent it in Nineteen Fifty Fahve. (Like I said, I'm from Canada, I had to be sorry about somethin)

    Wow!! best advice ever! Im not even going to scroll down to comments or watch more than 30 seconds to realize its an april fools joke becauae everything on the internet is true!!! Going to gym tomorrow to do 500 lb deadlifts but i changed my mind. Im going to do 500 lb upright rounded back shoulders and head forward rows! Thanks!

    Very informative video. Thanks guys! Been performing these for around a month now and I've never felt a pump in my calfs like it before. The only way is up. What's ur opinion in performing tricep kick backs? I know they're banned due to their anabolic steroid effects. But they seem useful.

    I'm getting real good at upright rows. I got so good I started doing them while hanging upside down. Not sure what to call them now....downright rows, upside down rows, downside up rows...dang I get a good pump in my pectridorsi.

    Mark forgot to mention some key ques for this exercise namely he forgot to discuss the importance of back arching and the all important elbows up cue. Thankfully his assistant was practiced enough at this lift to show us proper technique.

    Before you do the row. Make sure to do more weight that you can do with proper form and lift the weight off the ground only using your back and keep your shoulders rounded forward. Its helped me go to snap city!

    One technique problem is he didnt throw the bar down hard when he's done. Also he didnt puke at the end. Glad to see he is posing between sets for full muscle activation.
