In USSR Tal was written (and called) as "Таль". 4th letter means a soft sign. It is not spelled, but makes L "soft". Adds ambiguity to how exactly Agad spells the name of his kid. This is not a name though. Tal's name was Mikhail. It's rather common to give a name of some special person to your kid. Giving a surname (family name) instead of a name looks kind of strange. At least in a country of origin it would be strange for sure. Same as calling a kid Kasparov instead of Garry, for example. That said, who cares, as long as kid grows happy.

T-Gad ? Tal-ent?
True story, Agad's choice of his babies name was "B4". then his family showed why its not winning at that moment and Tal was agreed upon 😂

Also there was a family fight between Agadmator because he wanted Ivanchuk if not b4, somehow his family convinced him with Tal , but he is still not really happy as you can see 😂

It's kind of poetic how the pieces that were exchanged for the queen sacrifice-- a pawn, a knight, and a bishop-- were all accompanying the king march at the end of this game. :))
Agad had me hype for this video while watching yesterday's Bobby Fischer vid. Agad did not disappoint.

@@vecter I couldnt get the king mated. But i liked my pieces and their position. Except for the knight. Only better place for knight was the position were the pawn is. So i checked if my opponent can counter a pawn push. I didnt find an easy way for black so i decided: that has to be the engine move. But without the help "think like an engine" i never would play such a move in a game. But when i do, i feel like that legendary uncle
AlphaZero vs. Stockfish was a game changer in 2016. The self training 'neural network' was the way to go. Stockfish 16 is currently learning from around one million games per day. AlphaZero was trained in just nine hours back then.

I really hope "game changer" was a subtle reference to the book that analysed some of the games of that series, by Sadler and Regan, as well as other contributors. I recommend it to anybody interested. Full title, "Game Changer: AlphaZero's Groundbreaking Chess Strategies and the Promise of AI"

#SUGGESTION Hello Agad. congrats on your son's born. Hope doing well. Before candidates i suggested a game but you had no time to show i think, so I'll be happy if you show that. If it's possible, cover last game ever a GM in a real game could beat computer. I mean Ruslan Ponomariov vs Fritz ( Man vs Machine in Bilbao 2005 ). I don't talk more but blunder by Fritz was strange. 😅 #SUGGESTION

hey antonio, I was checking out your merch and noticed you don't have a hoodie that says 'the hoodie guy' - I think it'd be a hit! I've been following you since 2018 when I started playing, and you've been a huge inspiration to me. I recommend your channel all the time! thank you for everything you do ❤️ congratulations on your baby - you're going to be an amazing father
A good way to think about chess computer ratings, and just ratings in general is in a log scale. This makes sense since it is a bell curve system. Going up 200 points when you are 2500 is much harder than going up 200 points when u r 1000. It's the same with chess engines, they may only be 1000 points above the top chess players, but this indicates many many times their strength
For a moment, I was afraid you called your kid Stockfish...😂
Congratulations Sir 🎉🎉🎉
Agadmator been your greatest fan for the longest time 🇰🇪🇰🇪❤
Quitely brilliant
You named your baby Tal, what a fan you are!!! Awesome.
Wow -- the amazing thing is after the sac, there's this long possible variation with an "only move that wins" at the end. It's a chess engine, but it can still blow me away.
"I don't want to create addicts on this channel" 🤣
Baby Tal!! You made my day.
19:00 imagine if this position ended up with a bishop and knight only, that would be really a great one.
In CCRL, the opening moves are predetermined, although not necessarily that elaborate. In knockout tournaments, the deeper you go, the longer the predetermination. In the "season games" it depends on the ratings -- the "premier" engines usually get about 8 half-moves that they must play, while the div 4 engines usually only have two. The championship matches are RIDICULOUS. This used to give Leela fits against Stockfish, because Stockfish is opening ambivalent, while Leela trained by playing against herself. Even something as prosaic as the King's Gambit would knock Leela off her game, because it's not an opening she'd ever play, because she just regarded it as bad, so she'd be dumped off in a totally unfamiliar position. In theory, the evaluation is the evaluation and a ResNet is supposed to be able to figure out the compensation and form a likely plan, yadda yadda yadda, but in practice it doesn't work like that. Anyway, for this game, if it's not the Super Final, it's probably a couple of moves a piece and then they're free to fight it out.
God I love Computer Chess games!
Čestitam! :)
I love you and your videos and chess just too much going on in real life to watch them all

Need more Engine Games, it's really Crazy
These computer games are incredible. The value the engine places on active pieces v inactive pieces is fascinating.
I watch all of videos of jozarov's channel It's feel connected after knowing that he is your Brother in Law😍
Congrats on the baby!
The build up for this video is probably the greatest since the end of Batman Begins.
Congratz on the new little human
I feel so happy and proud that I found the e3 move in first go... 💖
I found that!!! You know why? Because i can't seem to forget that ding's game against nepo. I knew it was time to start checking the king and had to block that only square for the king where all the attack would've fizzled. I imagined the king moving up the board and had to decide between e3 and e4. Tbf, even ding plays this in this position.
Wow what a crispy Game it is a pleasure to watch these Bots make such Great selection of moves of course only a Bot 🤖 would sacrifice a Queen with the quickness for a mere Bishop and Knight which Stockfish did and followed through with such a precise attack I’ve subscribed to your Brother in-laws channel and will watch the game there as well that’s kind of incredible your Brother in law also being into Chess like yourself in a way Enjoy your Day Much Thanks
Too late Antonion, I'm already addicted to your videos!
i love the engine games
we need more of engine games especially IA engine like Leela
That e3 move is very reminiscent of Ding's magical d5 from the last World Championship - a move that looks like it does nothing but actually closes a big-brained mating net.
Agad, please get some dark, grungy, rashid merch

Wow, sacrificing the queen for 2 pieces, Stockfish is such a Chad 🗿🔥
