Sting has performed this classic piece on many occasions but I truly think this is the best recording - it combined the right ambience of a theatrical setting and wonderful backdrop graphics especially with the falling snowflakes. Magical!

@the24062008 no, you didn't disturb, everything's ok. :) of course I have sense of humour. just wanted to say, that in Russia there is ordinary people like me, who is no mafia, and not an oligarch, for whom this show was real present in New Year night :) P.S. it's funny: when Sting came to one of our talkshow, he was asked a lot questions about song "Russians" :)

стинг хорош как всегда,только решил что можно теперь любую песню петь быстро гонит конкретно,типа приехал быстро отпел и дальше,если такое будет дальше,пойдет он не пенсию.да и хитов давно не было приличных

просто в точку попал, точно такое же было у меня впечатление после вчерашнего концерта в Будапеште, типа приехал спел и дальше поехал .. мне было обидно за потраченное деньги на билет, я ждала этот момент как минимум 10 лет..
