It's 2024 & 31 years after this song was released. The fact that Bryan was able to get both Sting & Rod to commit to singing on this track was amazing. Words cannot describe how rich, powerful, and touching the sound of these three men's voices blended together makes one feel. This is what real music is suppose to sound like. You can pick each singer's voice out as they are singing even when singing all as one. The raw raspy vocal of Bryan, the raspy vibrato of Rod, and the melodic surrounding vocal of Sting all meld and intertwine together like a puzzle forming a beautiful picture that is this song. One of my regrets in life, never recorded our version of this love song, as a duet, with my dear departed life long best friend Anthony. He was a brilliant singer, I'm crap, but it would have been one hell of a memory for me. When Anthony sang Heaven (Karaoke), the whole pub went silent with awe. Miss him every day. Two guys, pure love, nothing sexual.

This was my husband and I first dance at our wedding 15 years ago today. I filed for divorce 9 years ago yesterday :( Yeah I might have a ton of regret as I am listening to this song and crying my eyes out!

The movie was also just as great. Just like we see the friendship between these three singers🎶 in the movie they also have three men that have been close their entire lives and are fighting for England. I believe the name of the movie was the Three musketeers. Whatever the title was the gist of it Movie was United we stand Divided we fall. Great flick as well as a great song 🎶🌹🎶

Love the fact that Bryan Adams managed to hold his own in the presence of both these legendary artistes..what powerful unique husky voices...and what a brilliant song. Bryan wrote this song and then roped in Sting who in turn looped in Rod Stewart. They all recorded their parts separately and only came face to face for the making of this video. One of the best collabs i"ve seen & heard to date.
